He can then punish his kids for his own failures by forcing them to remain within the system. All is well. No dangerous thinkers to upset things.

Evil thought: This might be good for small companies. A scary CERT advisory might actually get more press attention than a small company could afford otherwise (none).
If artists receive only $2.00 per CD, they should charge $3.00 per downloaded CD or charge per song and encourage as many people as possible to download from Napster. It would work out better for everyone who matters.
