There are a lot of questions that would need to be answered. Of course, a person has to be comfortable with the decisions they make. Both for themselves and their community.
It is a start. Letting people outside the country see beyond the "official party line" hopefully will ensure the truth gets out. Mubarak may be planning on doing something bad for this march tomorrow. Google keeping some lines of communication open will help to get out the truth of whatever happens.
I wouldn't count on it until we get more people interested in space again. Too many people think other things are more important that science and research for it's own sake. Now if we could find gold or oil on something out there that we could get back on terra firma easily, that would be a space race!
Do you find that the majority of Opera users are on the IT side of things, and if so how do you plan to get more users who are the "typical user", or only use their computer at work for their assigned tasks? Since IE is embedded when they get their new machine out of the box, how are you introducing Opera to users that probably have a limited understanding that they can have a different browser, or even more than one browser on their machine?
Some of the comments about DICE are right on, but what about some of the other sites?
I have actually found a couple good positions using monster and careerbuilder.
One of the new trends I am seeing is the use of LinkedIn
Currently I think there are more recruiters on LinkedIn than there are job seekers, but as it grows in popularity being able to directly find either skilled people or jobs could be a good thing. I think it has the potential to bybass the traditional Careerbuilder, Monster, Dice , etc...
They were lucky, but they also had some idea of what they were getting into. Taking advantage of an opportunity means recognizing that you have an opportunity to take advantage of.
Maybe so, but for those 5.1% getting information out of the country could help the other 94.9%
Copying the approach taken by others in blocking the internet is a good idea.

Unless you are a conspiracy theorist.
Then you don't want to be "Thanked" by the government.
That could be a bad thing.

How Sad that they may have to actually outsource some work. Maybe once they outsource back to us we can show them how to do it properly!
Is anyone really surprised? When you have as much money as those people you get to make the law.
When is Red Hat going to start this process? Anyone from Red Hat have a comment?
