I've setup a nice surround system and projector for my living room. I have tons of movies and Netflix. what's the point of going to see what is just essentially a larger version of my living room.... but it have to share it with strangers that don't know how to shut up and enjoy the movie. vr headsets for a personal movie experience in a theater would kinda work to get people in.
when maintainers let us know what's up with a flaw on slashdot. i love the linux community for stuff like this. thank you for commenting here with answers:)
used to be before Bush that government was held to higher standards in this regard. I'd hear more about how citizens had a constitutional right to privacy . How government needed search warrants before it could listen in. Now a days under Bush, favored elites are above the law while Snowden and Manning are labeled traitors. The establishment rigs the primaries and then reframes the news in terms of Russians bedding with the outsider. Forget that the establishment elites break the laws , lie under oath, are funded by foreign powers. Forget that Americans are supposed to have constitutional rights and that elected politicians are supposed to uphold those rights. How otherwise will Americans be "safe"??
He's talking and people who want to play computer games, not geeks who want to build computers. It's easier today but still not straightforward.
Many cases don't come with instructions. You have a bunch of different screws and no hint which go where. There are six sata ports and they are different colours, which do you use? Ditto the RAM sockets... I could go on.
It's a geeks dream, but for someone who just wants a gaming PC it's a nightmare. Don't forget they probably spent a small fortune on the thing and are scared of wrecking it.
That's why services assembling such PCs are so popular.
Fuck off with your millennial bullshit too. This was the case back in the 90s, only it was even worse back then.
dont make me reassign your IRQ's you whippersnappers
And guess what? That has been the case for MUCH longer than Apple has even existed. But a story about how much it costs to replace the display in your Dell monitor doesn't get CLICKS...
i still support a vista system..... the user absolutely refuses to go to windows 7 or anything else. windows vista or nothing.
he's been through about a set of hardware (cpu usually blowing smoke) at least once a year since xp. i finally built him a system that could only die if he sealed it up and only had a license for vista at the time to install it..... 6 years later it's still running...
i think he finally laid off the porn sites
android IS Linux. has been since kernel 2.4. but unlike Linux, android's kernel does not get updated nearly as much. I wouldn't trust that
"The quest for more money" did mel brooks not teach us anything?
rule 34-ception in an infinite loop
as if there wasn't enough rule 34 to choke a sperm whale
my android backup is on a floppy disk
thought that was chapter 13
it must be a really slow news day to worry about what amounts to a hiccup in service

That recent movies happen to be rehashed versions of old premises.
