Not likely. That issue contains SCO's IP, therefore anyone trying to buy, sell, share or read it is stealing intellectual property that righfully belongs to Darl and Chris.
Right now you only have to make your source code available when you distribute via a CD. If you distribute through another technology, you don't have to open source.
Huh? How is distributing via CD licensed in a different manner than via floppy, network, DVD, etc.? Would you point out the paragraph in the GNU GPL that specifically states that it only covers software on CD?
Look at all the clever little web sites on the Internet. We don't get to see their source code on the web server.

"It's like, some people only do things because they get paid, and I think that's just sad."
Save me, Obi-Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope!
Who wants a sno-cone?
If any Slashdot thread is an appropriate one to link to that picture of the woman with the squid in her hoo-hah, THIS one is it.
Too bad I forgot the URL.

Where'd you locate your most complex SCSI-based setup? THAT'S where you'll find your chickens... the carcasses, anyway.
Especially considering what he said about spammers and cum...
