    If the government is going to bail them out any time they lose money, their "risk" is exactly zero.

    Which is exactly what happens. What are you getting at? Equifax sells snake oil, and make a pretty penny for it. There are suckers at every level.

    Who said they would? Not me. They don't have to worry about a thing. They have free insurance via the government.

    Maybe these types of incidents can break down reliance and acceptance of these credit agencies that have established themselves as critical and non-optional services that heavily effect major life events

    But it won't because the institutions that rely on these agencies don't give a damn. They don't lose anything over it. Anything goes wrong and the government will bail them out and leave us holding the bag.

    Only if there a paper copy of the vote that I can verify before putting into the box to count the old fashion way. Without it there is no such proof, only speculation. In other words, you can't. Your claim is equally worthless, and spineless. Your only "proof" is attempted insults, water off a duck's back in this case.

    If you could prove what you say, computer malware could not exist, much less run for years without anybody noticing.

    But most of the population is in favor of more censorship. Liberalism is dead. It never really had a chance. All due to personal avarice. True change, for better or worse, will only happen on an evolutionary time scale. We desperately need a technological solution to create an indelible, universally accessible internet. The law of corrupt society can't be rendered impotent any other way.
