    Then again it would be hard to enforce since it is almost impossible to find a member of Congress who knows how to recognize truth.

    We did the fingerprint deal in the early 90s. They didn't do video or DNA then. The youngest of my three daughters is now 20.

    Except that when they do the kids they take the prints in front of, and give the cards back to the parents to keep. This is only given back to the police to help find missing kids.

    Amazing that this is happening in Washington, one of the most liberal states of all. Could the left want the police state they accused Bush of trying to build?

    Sounds to me like a way to get the Govt to collect money for an industry. In spite of how things appear with what the Thundering Herd of Dumbass in Washington is doing, it is not the Govt's job to ensure profits for any business or industry.

    I have one thing to say about how good a Govt run business in the U. S. can be: AMTRAK! (money sewer on rails)

    No, "graduated response", is right out of the LBJ handbook on how to loose a war. His Rolling Thunder bombing campaign was advertised as a "graduated response" to NVA incursions in the South. From 65 to 69 it never did anything but increase the population of the Hanoi Hilton.

    In Dec. 72 Nixon hit them with everything in the conventional inventory and had them screaming for peace in 11 days. Amazing what happens when they believe you will actually bomb them back to the stone age.

    Let's see if it lists every single earmark and who is responsible for it. That crap accounts for more than 20% of the waste and could be 40%. Then we will know who to target for defeat in the next election.

    All spending bills have to originate in the House. Seems that we need to just vote against every incumbent for the next 5 or 6 elections.
