Ppl usualy surf in a depth first maner. I would think that to define the islands better you would need a breadth first crawler. I guess (in my opinion) it would mimic to a certain extent.
I remember my first page: My fav site on the internet. A list on unrelated pages all liked from one spot. I wondering if there any of those left. And how the search engine would cope with them. And another point. The article states that new categories can be found. How is the "crawler" going to define the name of the new categories? I feel that the article was too short on details. I mean as a concept it's great. But more information would be cool.

I just hope that the phone has some kind of secondary storage... I wouldn't want to keep my files on some central server... even if they are just phone numbers... or emails.... Just imagine, they have access to all email and phone numbers stored in your address book... The amount of annoying spam can rise...
As I read in the new paper "the Gazette" in montreal quebec canada.... Most americans also beileve that arabs should hold special identification stating that they are arabs and be checks at airports more then the rest of you....

They even put old baseball jerseys in museums... Stinky sweaty used baseball jersey.... a piece of cloth...
Some of these games is what got some ppl hooked to computers. The older games like pong and tetris, not only should be put in museums but their source code as well.....
B4 I part..... everything belongs in a museum because everything has in impact on us. But there isn't enought space to put things in museums so we should put the things whith the highest impact... And I think that games have/had a great impact on "techies", who have changed the world in the past 20 years...

You could do alot of harm with it. Let's just hope that these stupid patents are in good hand. The comunity could create patents that do stupid things as well and try to find all stupid things that haven't been patented yet and patent them.
Kinda like buying every gun on the market and making shure that no "crazed maniac" will have access to a gun.

Does the patent cover CGI scirpt that produce HTML on the fly? Does that mean that all dynamic page are covered by the patent?
