    This kid was rich home school brat. He lived in house that was secluded from the rest of the neighborhood. The only one who could of reconized he was off was his mother, father or his brother. His parents were divorced and his brother hadn't seen his family in years. That leaves his mother.

    Quality of care is also important. I have a relative with a mental illness. Occassionally they need to be confined to a hospital. Everytime they go in, the hospital doesn't have their records. This means the doctors start from scratch each time. They start off with the same treatment that doesn't work. They then rerun the same tests and experiment to find a treatement that works. 3 or 4 days to get records is a long time.
    If I call the hospital to speak to my relative my call is forwarded to a nurses station. That station then looks up the patient list on paper and if my relative is not found they forward my call to a different station. After 3 or 4 forwards I get my relative. Some hospitals in the USA are still in the 1980s.

    So in Star Wars homosexuality isn't a desease that has been cured through science. People can break the laws of physics and travel the speed of light but homosexuality still exists.     What software is being made for this tablet? Is it a Windows 8 machine? If this thing doesn't get big releases that are coming out in the next 5 years then there is no point in buying it.

    I wonder if low spec consoles forces game companies to engineer their code better. A well engineered code engine should provide value all the way up the spec ladder. Of course art assets created for a lower spec don't always scale up the ladder. So it does hold some things back.

    If your changing code because the old code had a bug then you need to add test cases to your test scripts. Add tests that reproduce the bug and fail in the old code. Add good comments to the test documenting what defect the test reproduce. Then if someone goes back and reverts the change in the source the test will fail.

    Use a version control system that ties changes to a problem ticket. All versions and version comments for a paticular problem should show in the ticket. Nothing gets checked in unless tied to a approved ticket. Example systems: Clearcase with Clearquest, Subversion with TRAC.

    I second the automation argument. Have an automation tool flag them as warnings. Then have a policy that code does not go out to build if the number of warning is over a set limit. Start the limit at the current number of warnings. Then lower the number gradually with each release. You can even get plugins for your IDE that display the problems as errors. Its hard to argue with a plugin that places a red x on your function.

    Does the law cover that? If not then marketers can still sell things for 9.99. If you buy 5 items at 9.99 then the total comes to 49.95. You buy 4 items and then buy 1 item later you bill comes to 50.00.

    No Sensible merchants will use prices where the rounding is their favor. 9.96 looks like a better price than 10.00 but with the rounding it will be the same.

    It is not enough to get rid of the printers. You need to get rid of desks with drawers, filing cabenets, and place people in a colabarative seating. (temporary seating that changes randomlly every 3 to 6 months)

    I understand that it is a new choice. But as a consumer why would I choose this OS? I listed a couple reasons people choose one product over the other. What is the two sentence pitch for Tizen?
