    Scalia voted wrong and changed his vote. Clarence Thomas voted the same as Scalia(as he always does), but fell asleep(as he always does) and wasn't able to correct his vote.

    He was innocent until proven guilty. If there was enough evidence to suspect him, than a warrant would have been easily obtainable from a judge. Works out pretty nicely.

    What is race? Are you attempting to link intelligence to skin color? Head shape? Fast-twitch muscle fibers in the legs?

    Scientists don't know what race is for this purpose because simply going "hyuck, we all know black people have dark skin and big ol lips hyuck hyuck" isn't anything to base research on due to a huge number of genetic differences - as different within dark-skinned peoples as between dark- and light-skinned peoples. In short, there is no "black" or "white" for any purpose except social ones.

    Wouldn't it be great to have this army of people who reported on news stories and debunked claims and checked facts and stuff? They could learn to write real well and provide us news that we could use to decide on issues in a fair manner. Ideally they wouldn't totally swallow ludicrous claims like this 500 gazillion loss due to Megaupload for example. One man can dream I guess.

    If the games were more profitable on PC, the PC gaming situation would be better. Until then, game makers make their money on console games sales to enable PC versions of games with little to no enhancement. Why spend the money to properly customize a PC version when that effort gets eaten up by piracy? So be happy that console versions aremade - it's helping PC gaming survive.

    No one was ever charged with a crime as a result of these wiretaps, so there's no remedy to grant.

    I guarantee they have, but the government was smart enough to continue and get other evidence and not use the wiretap on its own merits. We'll never know will we? Good luck with the FOIA request on that one!
