... has to know that the whole concept is unconstitutional
Federal beureaucrats don't care about such things. They have no disincentive to cause them to care. They'll propose it anyway. Maybe it'll actually get through. But if not, oh well. Maybe next time. There are no penalties to them for proposing something unconstitutional.
Only children and babies need nannies to protect them from the Big Bad World.
Adults should be able to evaluate terms and conditions and decide for themselves whether or not to do businesss with companies that impose them; competition should weed out the ones that require onerous contracts.
Adults don't need nannies, but residents of California apparently do.

Wrong answer, buddy.
I'd rather whine and demand even more government regulation of everything in life than switch to a competiter.
That sounds exactly like what a drug smuggler would try to look like, therefore being all 5 of these woud be suspicious...

> The Rotation was 18 moves long and the Orientation was 18 moves long.

> In my opinion, the Rubik's brand are the worst available.
You haven't tried the cheap dollar store variety, then.
"... just deserts..." you mean, not desserts.
Skew the discussion?
This is Slashdot, remember, where whenever religion is mentioned, the comments are for entertainment purposes only.
Yes, but we know that it's really a conspiracy to make people believe that people believe in conspiracies.
.. so that it doesn't lock the whole thing up ("program not responding") for 2 or 3 minutes at a time, while waiting to negotiate connections?
THAT would be worth investing some resources in.
ah.. the kind that glow in the dark...
If you really believe that "most republicans think Iraq attacked us on 9/11" then... Irony Alert.
