    Thomas also has a history of siding against any rights for students. In Morse v. Frederick he suggested that the Court should do away with the Tinker v. Des Moines precedent altogether. (Tinker affirmed that students do not shed their constitutional rights at the schoolhouse door).

    Hell, I once worked at a place where HR sent the spreadsheet that contained every employee and their salaries in it to ALLSTAFF, not once, but twice.

    Try working for the state. I was sent such a spreadsheet twice myself in my current employment -- published in the campus newspaper. Salary information isn't always private; it depends who's footing the bill.

    A software error resulting in +/- 5000 votes cast is unacceptable on any level, even if it gets drowned out on the national level in the US.

    You know, some people are always complaining. First you complain that there's not enough people turning out to vote each election, that people are apathetic, etc. Finally someone develops some software that fixes that problem and now everyone complains about that!!

    There's about as much delay as one would expect on a smartphone, but the phone overall feels very responsive (which was my very first impression.)

    This is one thing that makes all smart phones still suck. Why should we expect any delay, in this day and age? We've seen all kinds of features get added to smart phones but not a whole lot of improvement in this basic aspect of usability.
