As others have said, you can still get the wings. Also after the plane is down and at the gate pilots and flight crew will often let children in/near the cockpit to talk to the pilots and see the controls. Normally this is followed by a bunch of pissed off people trying to get off the plane to make their connections...
It may be from "the beast", but it is IMHO much more intuitive to Cmd-Tab through windows following a "true" window order rather than the dock order. If I'm using an app at the end of my dock, and was previusly using one around the middle, it is good to be able to not have to cycle from the Finder all the way down to my desired app.
I, for one, can _guarantee_ I'm making (at least) double what the "bullies" from my high school (as many) are making (I still know many of them....)...was it worth it? Hell yah! I love my job(user application programming), not to say I wouldn't love being a pro. footballer (like one), but then, I sucked at high school ball..... At any rate, I am happy with my "chosen path" and I wouldn't trade it for much...(OK...300m$ powerball, maybe:P), so I say....the job and money don't make the man, but the job+good money+being happy, do!
But what if it enabled both running Linux (and its apps) *and* Xbox games. I have an Xbox, I've bought games, and I will continue to buy games in the future. I like them! If I were also able to run Linux on it and develop....maybe a HTPC out of it, I would as well. Having both as an option would be great in my (and I would assume others') eyes. Of course....if it was one or the other....well I may just have to buy another Xbox:P
That 20gbit/sec figure is incorrect. Connexion will be very fast, but definitely not in that ballpark. I don't know how they got that figure.
That was evident...I guess what stuck out to me was that it isn't just a typo, rather an obscenely large figure pulled out of [spokesman|author|corporate|whatever]'s a$$.
Anyone else notice that the article states that Boeing offers a 20Gb/s connection on 11 business jets and soon 747s?!?
<sarcasm>wonder how they accomplish THAT!</sarcasm>
"A spokesman for Connexion by Boeing, the subsidiary that produces the system, said it would allow the use of palmtop-based e-mail service in addition to laptops, and speeds far higher than the Swift 64 system, 20 gigabits per second. "
he Epia is often used to build car-puters, whereas I haven't yet heard of something using a Mini for that purpose.
