try http://www.openantivirus.org.. It's free.. it's open source.. it's in java..
Stick it on the cd with a (windows/linux/mac) jvm.. and you're set to go.
I have openantivirus running on my mail server right now... catches almost everything..
I believe there's a "C" version called clamscan out there.... not sure if it'll compile under anything but linux.. but you can always try.

Just installed it.. works REALLY well.. Even IE 5 works well.. even with flash.. I bought the Crossover plugin awhile back.. so they're running a deal for about $15 or so off the regular price..
Codeweavers are really doing some incredible work with the wine project.
the Austin airport also HAD a free wireless network.. but because of the.com fallout, they started charging like $6.95 a day or something... It's sometimes worth if you're sitting there waiting for your flight..
It's either majordomo or majorcool that says "would you like to send an email to the author stating you've successfully installed this software"... more or less... That's one way that this could work..
Powerpipe.com rules.. $8.88.
Can do multi-domains at once..
very easy to transfer domains as well..
Web based changes.... They'll even do DNS for no additional charge.. (A and MX records)
I am so happy to hear about the farscape renewal.. I think people generally like it because they seem to connect with John. There are not many "crew members" 5?6? so I think viewers seem to follow the show a bit better than say star trek.. when that unknown guy in engineering walks by or that guy in the yellow shirt that gets killed every episode...
Farscape keeps me wondering what's next... The show rocks... One of the better shows Tivo decided to record..;)
They seem to be missing the entire NW Indiana thing... My board was "The Attack Zone".. ran WWIV in NW Indiana. I loved the days of SysOp'ing... Dialing Texas to get my feed everynight... damn.. the good ol' days.. Sometimes I wish they were back
Deja.com and dejanews.com actually used XP..
It worked well for them... probably because the code was pretty solid to startout with...
We did have a few instances where DB changes affected code the wrong way... but nonetheless... it worked really well
I definately don't want any of my money to go to the RIAA for their stupid causes..
and I don't want to be charged twice for my cd... screw that... we already pay enough for CD's as it is and hardly any of that money goes to the artist..
Not using napster or my.mp3.com after this goes online.
It is possible to do that
user@foo ~$./notepad.exe thing
ever noticed in your kernel configuration
Kernel Support for MISC Binaries? (y/m/N)
well.. that is for just that..
very cool in my opinion

I just bought A Kodak DC290..
Overpowered? Nah.. It has a 66Mhz PowerPC in it..
Works Perfect under USB under linux..
The only problem is I wouldn't suggest running DOOM under it... The LCD screen tends to eat batteries like mad.
It really depends on how much you spend... they can'd do the MC Hammer thing and spend shitloads of money on everything.. You gotta do the Dave Matthews sorta thing and have 1. 1 tour bus (not one for every member) 2. $198 a night on hotels 3. Light spending on food and extras
I would rather pay the artist directly... That's why I go to concerts.. Artists get fractions of a penny off of CD's.. while they get a lot more revenue off of their touring (if they tour responsibily.... hehe)..
I really don't want any of my money going to the RIAA.... I used to buy CD's every week.. now I buy 1 every year.
Dell has been fucked so many times by Intel it's not even funny....Even when I worked there Intel was bending Dell over the table. Dell will continually be screwed until they show Intel that they aren't the only chip makers on the playing field.... O well... Dell should embrace AMD and others to show Intel who really has control

I could be wrong.... but hey... whatever

I just want to express my opinion.. not hate bombard.. i would rather use email though.. :(
Anyway.. i'd probably get the secretary or something which could then give an email address..
I wish judge's were technically literate... and not like my parents.
ChiefArcher
I disagree.. My roomie's Cell phone number starts with xxx-912-xxxx... It's definately not a payphone..
accidently dialed 911 cuz the 1 stuck once..
ChiefArcher
I got the judge's phone #
Brown, Judge Garrett E. 609-989-2009
But... an email address would probably be better for addressing issues..
;(

Take a look at Deja.com (aka deja.com)
/v/10
All of that is run off of an oracle database..
The Database is HUGE!
/dev/rd/c0d0p1 71706488 41278452 29710576 58%

As long as you have the right indexes... you're all set..
