the past/. comment about nemesis nearly caused me to wait for nemesis to be on rental. let me say that i'm glad i went to see the last in a great series.

star trek has and is currently an excellent series.
i'm sorry but i still feel much more comfortable in my full leathers. not only is my whole body protected, but that air bag looks like it would do more damage then good for the rider.
when riding, its important not to have anything on your body in case of a fall. For instance, if you wear a backpack, it has been shown not to be safe in the event of a fall (increased back injury, etc...). this is why they have tank/trunk bags. But this air bag looks like it would only protect your back and cause a more ackward fall in the case of an accident.
also price is rediculous. good full leaters will run you around 500$. the price of the vest is well over that (sure its becuase it is early development phase but still). what about re packing your air bag? i'm sure thats more $$$ too
ya i have featureprice, sure the outage did suck but what are you going to do. Other then this i've very happy w/ FP. I get 4 domains hosted for $16/month.
i agree, we are still very young in the computing yet alone programming age. Every program we write bringns something new; whether it be something more efficient, code reuse, or learning a new aspect of a language.
With the recent trends of OOD,OOP... one day we will be able to write code the way people build bridges. Even then we will still find ways to overcome current designs and code.
QNX did this too for their OS. They offer a guide to porting doom for embedded systems. I'm not sure what OS they are using on this phone but here is the info from www.qnx.com
We need to put more time into the memory hierarchy and interface to I/O devices! Sure it's not the sexiest job, but the performance gap is just getting greater every day!!@@$ Down with mechanical parts!

wow i was unaware of DW7.. i skipped a ps1 and went directly to ps2.
maybe we'll get an updated DW on PS2, I would like to see the old concepts and history of DW revamped
