Cricket bars eh? hmm I think I'll stick with my forest sized domes on a make believe space ship. They have to drop the sound track though. That just drove me nuts after awhile.
What I summarize form all of this is a) if you're running Win 8 go ahead and upgrade. b) If you're running something earlier than Win 8 you should hold off. BTW, did you know you have to pay for solitaire if you want a ad free version? http://www.pcgamer.com/windows...
I once thought as you do. But I though about it and decided they are in a different class from R/C Aircraft. Here's may first cut as to why I think that:
They're not R/C planes with wings and ailerons and such. Nor are they R/C helicopters (very hard to learn to fly). They are gyroscopically stabilized flying platforms. Next a R/C plane requires skill to pilot (normally) whereas these quad copters are very easy to fly. Minimal assemble skill is required to get it in the air whereas most R/C kits require skill and time to build.
But my final reason to think of them differently: R/C Aircraft have not cause such a huge media kerfuffle as these drone. To attempt to minimize the impact on the innocent R/C crowd I will call them "drones"
but surveillance tapes clearly showed a drone hovering over the yard and dropping a package that turned out to contain tobacco, marijuana, and heroin. A spokesperson for the prison said this was not the first time they've had an incident involving a drone, but they wouldn't go into specifics.
Annnnd, if you wanted to really get that dork you could just change the frequency to that of the "brown note" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/... and let'm have it!
As I remember playing D&D as a kid it always started as "you're naked in the woods and it's getting dark". Now, admittedly the movies really have sucked to this point but I believe if hollyweird cast, say, Penelope Cruz and followed my advise?
I have a Cannon (ink) and just looked at the laser printers on Amazon. For about what two ink refills would cost me a color laser printer would be paid for.
If the drone gets sucked into the engine it could cause serious damage. Conceivable it could destroy the aircraft either through explosion of making the aircraft crash. Birds do cause aircraft to crash:

Does that apply to all the cars we import. Like BMW's, Range Rovers, VW's and so on? My 428i uses this:

I get light flashed at me all the time from other drivers when my low beams are on. This headlight system was engineering and built in the EU not the USA. It's the same system used on EU and US models of BMW's. You were saying?
Yup, that's my thinking too. I also see no real motivation to upgrade. All my stuff works on Win7. Don't need it, don't want it no thanks. I'm sick of windows and the never ending suckage from my wallet.
I am impressed at the achievement and all but I find myself saying "welp, it looks like any other rock in the solar system to me, including the moon". I'm not minimizing what they've done but I don't see why this dwarf planet is such a big deal. It's a big rock.
Yup. And if you get a letter from anyone in the USA saying you've won anything and all you have to do is come on over and claim it - don't. That's a trap too.
True but both are VERY hard to prove. For Libel the accuser has to prove what was said was not true. For slander the defendant has to prove what they said was true (or vice verse). In any case it just makes lawyers money. It does make review site look kinda dangerous and in the end does stifle speech. Yelp and other review sites may go away due to the number of these cases popping up. Why risk getting a civil suite filed against you just for a review you didn't get payed for (assuming)?
You could be right. But it's spreading in the media faster that a congressional request for Clintons' emails. I'd hope a rebuttal would be published before too much damage s done.
SyFy just had Megalodon vs Robo Shark on! The acting was so bad it caused physical pain.

Not a bad plan but given it's a Sandler film you'd probably just get ticked for littering.

A wizard says: Hex-E-Poo-Hex-On-You!
Yeah, your right. The low efficiency of a DC power supply is in the 80% range. http://www.xppower.com/pdfs/TA...

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.. That bloated poor excuse for a OS will replace the Steam Box? HAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHA.
Yes, by gosh. You've hit the nail squarely on the head. It IS the very same US government!

Olkin said: This exceeds what we came for.
What exactly did we came for?
paying money for backdoored trojans
.... must erase mental picture....
And vampires, don't forget the vampires. Lincoln was hunting them like pancakes! I saw a documentary on it.
Why not just fix it using a carbon nanotube? They use them to fix everything else.

Yeah, and besides tinfoil hats aren't normally used for networking stuff. More gov and ET related stuff.
