Matrix 4: Morpheus comes to Neo and Trinity, must take them to the future, something has to be done about their kids.
Matrix 5: Nebuchadnezzar struck by lightening, taken back to 1885, Neo must travel back in time to rescue Morpheus
Make the cars hover, above our heads.. I mean come'on already... ofcourse, all hover cars have to make that "whirr whirrr whirr" 1950's hovering car noise... its the law
This whole thing could be solved by:
a] drivers watching for pedestrians, like they're supposed to be doing [but who actually follows the laws these days?].
b] pedestrians checking for traffic before they walk into areas that might be occupied by cars; as it would actually be smart [this may be too much to ask].
c] lawmakers passing laws that actually benefit a majority of people, not just a small minority.
We wouldn't need any laws if everyone fit some "perfect set of morals" we just make up.. A: Drivers suck, B: People suck, C: Government sucks
In a previous life as a network admin, I went to check out a warehouse that my department was taking over.. Everything was normal, as I made my list of comptuers, and started writing a to-do list for myself.. on about the third day I noticed the picking line had stopped.. I went over to the pickers area and saw the local IT guy opening up a computer.. so I asked what was up.. He said "oh this hard drive sticks now and then"... it was an non-network 486 running Windows 95 that had the entire carousel database on it.. without the info on that drive there was no way to get ANY parts out of the carousel, let alone run the carousel... anyways, he popped the case off, and the harddrive was already opened up, he then spun the platter by hand to "kick start" it... I asked how long it had been like this, and he told me "a few years now, but in only happens every couple of months"..... long story short, I replaced that computer that day, put the DB on the network and when the acquisition was complete, I didn't offer him a job,.
I agree, like I say, i am happy with it so far and havent had an issue with content dissapearing (yet)... and I should note, I am with Netflix Canada.. there is no DVD option.. its all streaming...
too expensive... cheaper to give bums $100 to duke it out... the prohibitive cost of these robots make them only good for playing violin and sorting small screws in space
For the sake of disclosure I have only had Netflix (.ca) for a few days now... and im generally pleased so far... but I can understand the point he is making in regards to removing content.. There are a few series I have never seen, as I don't subscribe to any TV service beyond basic network channels. The problem I forsee (but have nto yet experienced) is getting half way through a series, and suddenly the remaining episodes dissapear... This would be especially annoying on a dramatic serial where episodes end in a cliff-hanger.. Should this happen the only recourse I would take would be to immediately hit my friendly torrent site.. I would never buy a DVD set in this scenario, as in my mind, my money was alreaady spent to watch the show.. This could be a problem for me, as I don't watch 'marathon style', I'll watch one or two episodes a week.. so a 7 season show could take me a year or more to watch..
...thats what is being said... tho they write "as well as scripts", it would be more clear had it been "... in addition to scripts"...
If people didn't gobble this shit up, it wouldn't get done... sad fact is, if a movie with Orson Welles came out tommorow, people would flock to see it, the gimmick factor is huge in drawing a crowd..
on another note, hasn't it been done? I mean there was a new Indiana Jones movie, and Harrison Ford has been dead for years..http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harrison_Ford_(silent_film_actor)

What about the men? It's ok to take advantage of them?
......nice.
... there's no risk to life.
The is no risk to life during a burglary? All those homeowners attacked, assaulted and murdered when they suprised a home-invader would beg to differ.
i wouldnt consider mod points "power"... that aside, I agree with your description of the poop.
i spelled 'touch' and yah, it doesnt have a wheel
im not your PAL buddy
I am tired of all the motherf*cking spam results on this motherf*cking search engine!

"it looks like you are looking for visual aids to masturbate too, can I help?"
1. make programmable bacteria
2. release bacteria
3. people get infected
4. sue the infected people for copying the bacteria
5. profit!

who said anything about repairs?
There doesn't seem to be a lot of need to look farther, unless you just don't like the unavoidable conclusion.
I was under the impression that, any self-respecting scientist would never stop looking, even if he thought there was an unavoidable conclusion.
I choked on the "DNA" too.
Please reconsider your phrasing..

then I guess you are boned when it comes to watching Netflix Disney shows 2 weeks after air.

how about we just relocate the caps lock key,.. somewhere where it doesnt get pressed by accident aS MUCH.
headlines and press pandering aside... its meant to be a muse, not an idea..
I have doubts that damming streams is good for the environment.. it dries up wetlands, and wets drylands..
I get your line of thinking, I think we just seen a different purpose in this exhibit.
