The problem isn't the people (rarely is), it is the government that knows better than everyone else what's good for everyone else. I'm sure the leaders in that country aren't suffering.

  10. I've seen it way too many times. The typical argument is "Why do I need to replace the controller, it works fine". The answer is, because it runs on a serial board interface on your old Win 95 machine that just died (22 years later) and the board doesn't fit in any new computer, and nobody makes the software for it or makes a replacement serial board to drive the machine.

The sad thing is, that just might bust the company.

40 Hours (std work week) * 95% work at home = 38 hours work at home, and 2 hours at the office.

My guess, is that 2 hours are stupid meetings, that should have been a memo in email, or *GASP* a teleconference. Lets just double it, and for the sake of it double it again. That means you can come to the office for two half days a week, and spend three full days, two half days working from where ever. That's 80% (original 95%) work from home.

A full and complete sentence, that indicates that the closing of offices was not racist in nature. IF there is an absence of racial motivation, then the result cannot be racist. Then you get to the rest of the paragraph to get the "real" story (not the hyperbole)
