All of that is true, except when Government interferes with consensual agreements, in the name of "protecting" one party or another. Unfortunately, those with power end up with unlimited amount of "protection" and those without have none. The battle ground for power is where the fight actually resides, and the "average" person has no power.

And therein is one of the big reasons why I am a Libertarian. Group Power is tyranny. Liberty is for one and for all, or it is for none.

If a woman says "yes" after any number of "no", the "no" doesn't count any longer. No is only good until the first "yes". Pressure or not.

Many women want persistent men, and use "no" as a test of fealty.

I hate the PC crowd and the cries of Misogyny whenever the thousands of years, multicultural rituals of mutual courtship are dismissed because of some SJW view of how things ought to be.

Here's the deal with Training. You have a choice when training your employees. You can train American workers, and when they are fully trained, they leave for greener pastures OR you can train H1B visa holders, and they can't leave, without having to go home.

Economically speaking, the ONLY real choice is to hire H1B workers, and train them, because they can't leave. This is only ONE of many reasons why H1B rules favors Corporations and hurt workers. This is also why Government should NOT be messing with the economy at all, and let the market forces work things out. Artificial rules create artificial supply and demand problems, interrupting normal economic activity.

In the meantime, the American Worker is being screwed by both DNC and GOP politicians who are selling out to the highest bidder. And you think this is good for America because "the Republicans are worse" or "The Democrats are worse" binary logic. Whoever is in power is worse.

Getting a performing, stable OS with good battery life is very hard.

A bunch of semipro and amateurs are able to make a very stable often better (much) battery life version of Android for many devices, using their talents, why can't the professionals hired by the MFG do it? My Samsung GS3 had MUCH better performance with CM than the stock version, got updates to current version long after Samsung stopped updates to the OS.

Please tell me, how that is even possible given your statement. Either it isn't as hard as you think, or the talents of the semipro and amateurs are better than their professional counterparts at Samsung. Neither of which reflect well on Samsung.

  13. You just made the case that Hillary Clinton exposed National Security with her private email server, and isn't qualified to be president.

Because the "classification system" we have for government was subverted by Hillary, meaning SHE did exactly what you're accusing Trump of doing.

The ONLY people offended by her "outing" were people who hate Cheney. Hate him all you want, just don't do it for this, it is a non-issue. I also find it simply amazing that this is a huge deal to certain people, while at the same time, those same people are voting Clinton, who has done much much worse.

The correct way to handle this is via Class Action Lawsuit, against carrier and manufacture for selling a product that is unfit for use, and either force a recall or updates. We don't need an ill crafted law that is watered down by industry shills in the Republicrat Party.

I can guarantee that your idea will work, but only temporarily until the legislation is watered down further or they find another way around the specifics of the law, and we'll be left with a crappy law that doesn't do anything.

My take on the whole "we can't be bothered to patch or upgrade our phones" a complete line of bullshit. The fact that CM runs on so many devices kind of makes that case laughable. These are semi-pro volunteers at best who are able to manage to get the thing running on hardware, often without access the Manufacturer has to hardware level programming, and make (often) a better product than the manufacturer. If I were any one of these companies CEO, I would call it embarrassing.

The second point is, they could bring in CM team to bring a clean version of Android for older phones for almost next to nothing, AND it would create a very good selling point for current phones. "Buy our $FLAGSHIP_PHONE today, and we'll make sure you have the current version of Android as long as you have the phone. We'll support our super special version for up to 2 years, and after that, we'll let you put on CM version of your choice. "

My biggest problem is with CyangoenMod INC, which has been one clusterfuck after another. The moment they took funding from Microsoft, I knew they were doomed. And it has been one bad decision after another, all in the name of $$$ .... Selling out your soul to the devil for a buck rarely works out for the one who no longer has a soul.

I love my Nexus 6P, but I would REALLY like to have a choice of pure Android, with no crap and bloat. I realize that lots of people don't give a rip about "pure android" and are happy with the crap VZ puts on their Samsung Phones (both have their own crapware)

I find the DNC to be much more racist. If you actually listen to what they say about blacks and minorities, it is as if they are COMPLETELY incapable of doing anything normal because of some pigment condition.

"voter ID, disenfranchises Blacks" How exactly does pigment affect getting ID? The same ID that is required to hold a job, get liquor, buy a gun, Open a bank account ....

"Removing a slate vote (single box ballot) disenfranchises Black people" Are blacks somehow unable to select each candidate individually? Oh, I realize that this is nothing more than a way to get upwards of 85% of them voting for the DNC slate.

I just find the whole idea that Blacks are somehow incapable of doing normal things highly racist. Yes, even if it is under the best of intentions. And if I were a black person, I would be really pissed.
