Ummm maybe not. The rules of the sea and trade was going on long before the US. DOn't know the exact laws etc but piracy etc has been outlawed by all countries for a long time.
The US didn't win the war. The Russians didn't win the war and the UK didn't win the war. It was a combination of all. The US couldn't have done it by itself nor the Russians. It was a war of attrition which the Allies won becuase they had much greater resources. + the russians absorbed a lot of bullits. They lost soemthing like 20 million during the war.
I think that Middle Earth would be an excellent setting for such a game. Even just a single player game would be wicked. I'd love to play as an Ent or an Orc or something.

don't know about that. thats a v. small number. korea is not some 3rd world shitbox like vietnam or cambodia. its a fairly properous country. it has a large car manufactoring industry. i think it would be much bigger than this. Oz spends $50 billion alone on defence. and we are even smaller country/.
Maybe use the fingerprint as a credit card. just provides the info of the person. Then use a pin to authorise the sale. That way its still secure but the convenece of doing away witht he card is still around
It should be modified so no country has a veto. Its supposed to be a united nations. why should 5 countries have the right to veto things. Everything should be voted by the general assembley.
