The DVD will have both. When you stick it in the machine you can choose between the original and the new one. Or on another disc. They did that with the Akira DVD i recently bought. I doubt it though but it would be nice.
The US spends 380 Billion on Defence. Take just 100 billion and you'd solve world hunger etc and generate more than enough good will towards the US to counteract the loss in defence. The UN approximates that it would only take 40 billion per year.

Now that was cool. I also used to live in west london under the fligth path. we used to sit on the roof or our apartment building as they banked over us coming into land. not that high above us either. landing gear out.
