You can post all the anti-Jesus, anti-Buddhist, or whatever you want. Everybody has a right to an opinion. Unless, of course, that opinion is critical of Islam. Then your lucky if don't get killed because of some fatwa.
But lets all bend over, and grease ourselves up for an ideology that is far less tolerant that the Nazis ever dreamed of being.
Women, as well as men, in the USA might be wise to avoid IT.
There is just no way for a US resident to compete with 3rd world wages.
The jobs that cannot be offshored, will be filled by visa workers.
It is far easier to offshore IT, than to offshore manufacturing. With IT there is no physical inventory, no shipping, no customs, no storage, nothing like that. With IT, you just zap files back and forth.
Unless you have a top secret clearance, there is no way for US and Europe to compete.

I have it on the coffee table. Pick it up to surf while watching tv, or to look up a recipe, or address, or whatever. Recently, I started using it with my chromecast.
It's light, inexpensive, boots very fast, lasts all day on a single charge, and does not require a lot of fuss with updating, or applications, or whatever.
I bought it from Amazon warehouse for $145. It's the Samsung that usually retails for $249.
I couldn't be happier with it. I find it much more useful than a tablet.
Why do only Muslims get this special treatment.
1) have thousands of people scream and cry about racism (never mind that Islam is not a race)
2) routinely kill people who are critical of your beliefs.
3) do both of the above all the time.
4) make the world think that *you* are the victim (not too hard to do with all the PC mush-heads we have).
5) have billions in oil money to grease the right palms.

The field is already glutted. US workers are being replaced by offshore workers in droves. Wages are not going up.
But IT workers are never cheap enough for the tech companies, so they churn out this propaganda routinely.
Another kind of ageism: women younger than 40 can get pregnant, and demand long maturity leaves. And anybody over 40 is too old for IT.
Also, women are usually primary care for children, and that it makes it difficult for them to work over 90 hours a week.
Also, most visa workers in IT are men. And these days, you can hardly tell Redmond from Bangalore.

What is your point? Are you saying the work of Isaac Newton is not being taught in school because Newton was a creationist?
Wars are not fought like that anymore.
Today's war are fought by insurgents, terrorists, and the like. Uniformed armies, and missiles, and the like are obsolete for fighting today's war.
That is how it seems to me anyway.
I am a recent cord cutting. We use Roku, Chromecast, and an antenna. I don't miss cable at all.
With the right antenna, you can get hi-def.

that collecting insane amounts of irrelevant data helps stop terrorism.
If terrorists know we are collecting tweets, do you think they will continue to use twitter?
Those were the days.
By that logic, why not kill you right now?
And why not make it a long, agonizing death, like those dolphins get? How about being tortured to death?
Unlike domestic cows, and chickens, the dolphins suffer a long, and painful, death. According to what I saw on that movie "The Cove" (2009).
Also, according an episode of "Whale Wars" some harpooned whales took as long as 20 minutes to die.
Cows, and chickens, never know what the hit them, whereas trapped dolphins are confused, and terrified, and die horribly.
One of those "in honor of the important things you do" Sprint commercials.
If MS did it, it would be totally proprietary and *only* work on MSIE.
Oracle just got caught.
Anybody familiar with the corporate-tech H1B propaganda knows that Oracle's view is entirely normal.
Tech companies want the public to think that H1B are extremely highly skilled, and highly paid.
Anybody who actually works for the tech giants knows that H1Bs are mainly a cost cutting measure.
The US GAO even proved this in 2009.
Did that where I used to work also.
Used Redhat at first, because Redhat support helped get everything set up and working. Once everything was working, they started phasing in CentOS.
The Redhat/CentOS kernel is about five years old. Still using version 2.6.
I suspect most desktop users want something newer than that.

You can boot to Linux, then run Gimp. Although I don't see why you would.
I think you can get to Picasa, and do some photo editing.
I use my chromebook all the time, but not for photo editing.
Of course, Forbes has always been Microsoft friendly.
