    Honest question: is twitter a publisher or a medium. It makes a huge difference.

    If twitter is a publisher, then they may have the right to reject some tweets. But, that also means they are responsible for *everything* that is tweeted.

    If twitter is a medium, then they do not have the right to delete tweets that have the wrong political opinion.

    It seems to me that twitter - and facebook and google - want to have it both ways.

    Guess you missed the part where the companies involved in the conspiracy were successfully sued. The courts found it was more than a conspiracy "theory"

    Probably not. But I find it interesting.

    Motorized folding bicycles, and skateboards, and what have you, could conceivably help public transportation because they help solve the last two miles problem.

    The transports are getting better, and cheaper, all the time. Fun to watch them on youtube.

    The US used to have the best mass transit in the world.

    Then cam the streetcar conspiracy:

    Are you sure about that? I can cite several examples were government has regulated private industry.

    One example is the tweet you responded to. The government - not twitter - decided that Trump could not block trolls.

    In the Kavanaugh supreme court confirmation hearings, leftist thugs would not come to order. Shouting out of turn, ignoring the chairman, not letting others have their say.

    In Berkeley, violent antifa mob constantly rioting, smashing windows, attacking innocent people, have caused Berkeley to censor conservative speakers.

    Facebook, twitter, and youtube, have all censored even moderate conservatives. Shadow banning, demonetizing, etc.

    Leftists are an absolute disgrace.

    Twitter would not have stopped Trump. Twitter would have just shot themselves in the foot.

    I am not a great fan of Kim Dotcom.

    But he had a point when he treated that. Dotcom was spied on, raided, had all of his property confiscated. Dotcom had millions of dollars taken from him.

    All because he was distributing copyright material.

    I have been taking a look at Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. I am not seeing where it would disallow Infowars content.

    Alex Jones may be personally responsible for his false statements. But I cannot see where the carrier is required to censor such content.

    How about Sarah Jeong's brazen racist hate speech? Not only is that is okay with social media, it got her a job at the NY Times.

    Alex Jones is not the only conservative censored from social media. Far from it. Numerous more moderate conservatives have also been censored.

    I think it's fair to say there is a brazen double standard here.

    Usually when they talk about executive "pay" they mean total compensation. Much of that compensation comes from stock options.

    Since the market is way up, so is total executive earnings.

    Maybe they should give some stock options to the rank and file?
