Or the woman was the actual rapist, bragged about it, and the kangaroo court still sided with her.

So that would mean we use charcoal from secondary sources and so on. Peat is a shit solution, but high carbon(but now we're gutting wetlands). Milling dust from sawmills offers a secondary source, only problem is it's highly explosive just like flour. People don't like getting blown up. On top of that, coke is used as a primary fuel for the kiln itself when smelting iron before then adding the carbon from the coke to make steel aka full cycle use. That's why we use coke to make steel, it's cheap, and there's low primary and secondary waste products.

Let's be realistic. Switzerland doesn't have an obamacare like system, they have a system which is similar to Canada's though. In Canada, insurance is optional but the healthcare system is funded through taxes. All critical care is covered. But you'd be foolish not to carry supplemental insurance here, because things like drugs, injection pumps and so on aren't covered. Obamacare was basically the worst of all possible worst things that could have been put into place, and basically put all of the power directly into federal hands(aka DC). Compare to Canada, where the only federal has control is with the military, native reserves, territories(yukon, nvt, etc). Each province is responsible, each province must have a minimum level of care. That care level is determined by a 3rd party, the system also uses a "top up" method from federal general revenue funds paid into provincial healthcare budgets.
It's not perfect, it's not fun waiting 3-9 months for a MRI either. Nobody likes to wait 160 days for cancer treatment to start either, or 120 days for bypass surgery. But that's what we've got. Are apprenticeships not regulated in Germany? In North America, apprenticeships are regulated either by the province, or the state. The definition of "what is an apprenticeship" is clear as well, you can't go making up new definition of it because apprenticeships themselves have very specific rules and laws regarding it. Sure, you can get away paying an apprentice $2.20/hr(rate I was paid back in the 90's) when the min. wage was $6.85. That's 100% legal, but those hours I worked were also transferable to any other shop I went to work at. So if I didn't like where I was working after a year, I could take those 2000hrs with me and it still counted towards the 4yr total apprenticeship.

Let me make this clear. Win7 only got partial DX11 support, around half the functions *revert* to DX9 via compatibility. In other words, if you're still using Win7 and think you're getting full support you're either an idiot or badly misinformed. OGL has better and fuller support under Win7 then DX11.
