Sadly it this is not confined to only politicians and news services. I come across fact benders too often in both my professional and personal life. But I think it has always been the sad state of the world, just nowadays it is easier to catch people lying - and - now they don't care if they are caught. There has been an erosion of that old fashioned concept of the conscience. Meh indeed!
I RTFA and apart from the fact that it was pretty much a waste of time, I urge Mr. Gewirtz to consult a thesaurus and find some other words to use in place of 'outrage'.
to like these RIAA guys. How many ex-RIAA laywers are now in the DOJ? Last time I heard there were something like three or four of them in important positions. Very troubling indeed.
Anyone who really thinks Playboy is pornography just needs to surf the internet using Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6 and have their horizons dramatically broadened. It's awesome. The porn just pops up allover the place. you don't have to do anything!
If you are referring to my post, I think it is quite obvious what I mean. Ignoring a valid request from a customer is bad customer support. In fact it is non existent customer support. I don't know why you scored a 3 for that.
I bought an refurb iBook in 2006.
At some point thereafter I wanted to do a clean system install and found that the install disks they provided at time of purchase were not the correct version for my model of iBook. Basic incompetence that. I contacted customer suppoort by e-mail requesting that they send me the correct version of the disk or a retail install disk. No reply from them ever. The only logical thing to do was find a free version of the retail install disk. I haven't looked back since. I'm convinced that good customer service is simply the exception not the rule regardless of which company it is.
How do the 'British' feel about the Japanese eating Wales? I'm surprised we have not heard about this before. Why don't the Japanese eat England and leave Wales alone?

I'm being blinded here by all of this white, white, white. Why the shadows?
Exactly! Mininova has been of minimal use for over a year now and TPB seems about as useless in my experience.
Not if you don't have any money!

People still use Pirate Bay and Mininova? I stopped using them more than a year ago when they stopped being effective.
Your first time outside the US then?

Can someone please post a car analogy so I can better understand this concept?
did you mean pendulum? what is this XP you speak of?
I'm getting divorced, you insensitive clod!
That's hilarious. They are charging money for propaganda!
This one has a leaky roof. http://www.naenara.com.kp/en/
What, and you find 1% acceptable? That is still a huge number of people!
Thank you so much for clearing that up.
than Than THAN THAN - I know - it's Beethoven, isn't it?
What? No mention of Dr. Frankenstein's ground breaking experiments? The anti-matter is probably what made the monster kill.
But the one that you wouldn't like when he is angry is Dr. David Banner, not Dr. Bruce Banner.
I'm just scratching my head in bewilderment. I don't know if this is a joke or serious. I really hope it is a joke I don't understand!
don't you mean Tom Sawyer?
No we wouldn't.
