Ever try to get a non-postscript printer to work on Linux? Some work but many are nearly impossible to get working. What good is a free OS if you have to go out and buy a bunch of new printers. There are other issues but this is bigger than you think. Many offices still run on paper and if you cannot print then no matter how superior it may be in other ways, it is useless to them. I dislike Windows but nearly any old printer can be used effectively and until this problem is solved, Linux will have trouble penetrating that market.
Yes, global warming is the result of human activity. In fact it is all America's fault. It is part of a clever plan to renovate the costal regions of the world. No thanks necessary, we're glad to do it.
Apparently, the company secretly brought 1,800 marketing and sales people to San Francisco last week to debrief them on the initiative.
You mean brief them don't you. Debriefing is more like an interrogation or an extraction of information which we all know it is impossible to get any usefull data from a marketeer.

Of course they are enthusiastic, both have records of wanting to disarm everybody but the police and military. Not living in Jersy I guess I'll still be able to buy more 1911s.
I assume it is some game platform but I'm not sure. Having not remembered ever hearing about it, I can say with certainty that I won't be missing it when it disappears.
Yep, if you added a keyboard, stand, ports, larger hard drive, better graphics, better sound, DVD burner and lost the touch screen and the batteries, the table would be just like the new iMac.
I work with this stuff all the time. Mag stripes typically have up to 3 tracks of information encoded. Usually all the data is in tracks one and two and of the many millions of cards the company has encode and shipped, none have used track three. The hardest part about decoding data is writing the regular expression to parse in to 3 lines. Now what you do with the data is whole nother thing.
It must be wonderful to be so wise and thoughtful. Your knowlegle of what laws should and should not be is so great, you should be King of the Universe. Putz.
Amen brother.
What was the question?
With Berman involved it will still suck.
I'm unimpressed that RMS is unimpressed.

Because ingnorance is bliss.
Dan and CBS is very good at finding documents even when they don't exist so they ought to be able to find code that was "stolen" from SCO.

Maybe you should tell your boss how you are enslaved working there and perhaps you will be freed.
Could it be true? Shirley you jest. Yes, I called you Shirley.

They'll need a new cash cow after the OS and Office products are no longer profitable. It may take a while though.
That's not a todo list, it's a honeydo list.
How dare they! Of all the nerve to not put my favorite on the map. ;)
