    Wasn't LokiSoft doing an LGPL'ed mpeg video player using the SDL toolkit? I don't know how well it works, though. And of course there's mpegtv. --- mjt

    I'm pretty sure the GPL doesn't make you submit the patch. It just says you have to make your path (or the modified source) available to the clients (if they want it) and that they can redistribute the patch (if they want to).

    Personally, I think that the auto-moderation is just going to make things a bigger mess... I believe that it's best to keep things simple, and I prefer it if one of my posts have high ratings because the moderators like that post, as opposed to, because they liked my previous posts.

    I bought a Panasonic A-110 because I read it is a popular balance between price and quality. I have been very satisfied with it.

    I looked at it, but discovered the file to download was a .EXE file (probably a self-extracting archive). Geez, what's wrong with a simple .ZIP file?
