Lame. Arresting and convicting someone is the biggest waste of time and money just to deprive him of his voting rights. Pay tens of thousands of dollars just to take one vote away. Much easier and cheaper to just stuff the ballot box.

It should be pointed out that hawkish behaviour under the Bush regime meant a LOT of people didn't survive the Bush regime (literally bombed and shot to death). While American's have been concerned with talk of Mexican Walls and grabbing women inappropriately, the rest of the world has been gravely worried about the potential dismantling of major world alliances and free trade deals, and the potential for nuclear proliferation.

People in the US need to realise that US guns in US hands kill a LOT of people around the world.

I'm confused. Do you want continued Team America and trade deals (Clinton) or do you want military and economic isolationism (Trump)? You cannot pick your favorite of each.

Easier does not mean worse. It is the same low level of verification as a $10 domain validated cert, but now there's less chance Joe Blogger's readers will be FireSheeped at Starbucks because it costs him nothing and auto renews itself. It is a GOOD thing that it is easy and automatic. Lowering the barrier of entry to apply a basic level of encryption raises the barrier of entry to intercept and modify traffic.

If your primary challenge is to train users to differentiate between Extended Validation and Domain Validation, then they are already in a better place than if the challenge was to simply train them to look for the green symbol.
