I seem to remember that interfaces could also come under copyright, so there's a potential problem wherever your using the same interface as the thing your trying to clone.
that doesn't work, all they have to know is that some ip address is serving up copyrighted material on a given port and shut of that port for that server.
What we need is something that cryptographially switches the ports around and the server all to have a copy of a few books from project gutenberg so the ISP can't be sure it the material is copyrighted or not.
Hey, I like C++, are you using it in a 'good' way (it is very hard to find a good way of doing c++ as it lends itself to so many bad ways of programming).
just look at the likes of QT and KDE great examples of great c++.
We already know that this car doesn't have things like power strearing but does it have things like air bags and ABS and meet the same saftey requirements for Europe (and anywhere else with strong safety requirements)
and I dread to think what the build quality is like!
it has to be thrown away somewhere, maybe he thought spreading the organic matter around would help furtalise the country instead of it all ending up in landfill.
it's been suspended in the UK for a long time, ever since the introduction of fixed penaltys for certain offences that can just be handed out by police officers, or general busy boddies employed by councils.
one example would be a man who was handed a £60 fine for littering when he threw a used match stick out of his car window.
hmm.. I tend more to the Agile way typically my comments look like:// Add a beginning and end of line match (this may be a bad thing? still needs to be thought about/worked out properly) #warning "This call fails in.net 1.1 because of a bug in.net 1.1, the easiest way around it is to use.net 2" I also put short comments in about each 'paragraph' block in the code and plenty of TODOs where work still needs to be done or extra features could be added.
I do also write fairly full design documentation as I go along with every problem I come across and the possible and chosen solutions.
I find that a lot more helpful then any comments in the code as it gives me the big picture and tells me why things were done and other ways that they could have been done.
I can also usually drop any project and pick it up again months later and quickly and easily pick up where I left off.
If you really want to find out what side effects a function has or how everything hangs together there are tools to do that (or they can easily be written) and they will be more accurate and less misleading than any comments someone can write.
So what your saying is that if you had more programmers they should each look over each others code once in a while (or even preferable all the time). Sounds a lot like Paired programming or code review to me. (+ you get the benefits that when one person leaves the company anyone else should be able to pick up)
just because I'm communist it doesn't mean that I agree with the vast majority of so called communists dictatorships. just like many people who believe in democracy don't believe in many governments elected through democracy.
Would be like blaming any driver for using "poor quality airbags" that came with his car or "poor quality doors" that came with his house after a break-in.
Exactly, if I'm going to live in an area with a Highish level of crime I'm sure as hell going to make sure that my house has high security doors and windows, the 'idiots' who didn't will obviously get broken into when I don't and yes they could have prevented it so it's partly their fault, just like the police telling you not to leave laptops in the boot of your car or anything on display because if you do your just 'asking' for trouble.
The parent said Children with mental disabilities can find ways around it if they have had the sort of upbringing/education that has told them they can. which is like saying even if you have a disability you can work around it. I'm saying that's just not true.
yes,
Mi = 1
Bi = 2
Tri = 3
so a bilion must be twice a million which is a million million, the words tell you exactly what they mean.

mod parent up, you could already view the source code be tunining the internediate language back into c# or vb or c++ with reflector.
This just means that you can debug it easier now (you could save the source code in reflector and use that do debug in the past)

I shut my eyes the other night to get to sleep and a bright light appeared, so bright that I had to open my eyes again to get ridd of it.
pills? jump? after watching a program last night on the death penelty it appears that nitrogon is definatly the way to go, it's euphoric and painless.
yes they could,
but could they survive,
Getting more than one copy of the file
Then converting to wav
then adveraging out between the multiple coppies
and then converting back into mp3

if can be free if you search the internet for the software and do it yourself.
that just leaves glow in the dark ham.... yummy
a less positive way to view it is that HD-DVD is easier to copy than blu-ray.
looks like the chances of getting a next gen dvd player for linux are out the window.
Coming next: Judge Dredd overlords.
and the council of ASBO.

It's a good job I'm communist, all this file sharing and FOSS is exactly what the doctor ordered.
Too bad that the US wants to wipe out anything that looks/is commie and benefits the people and turn it into something that benefits the few.
Does it make paperclips and Linux illegal in Germany now that they can be used for hacking?
but the problem is you can tell who voted for who and that's bad.
I'm not saying that I can't injure myself using quality tools, I'm just saying that I expect to injure myself more using poor quality ones.

Funny how you put together one of the more coherent, better spelled, and most readable /. posts ever.
It was a fluke, look at some of my other posts.
