    No, the warnings for people with food allergies are separate from ingredient lists. "This package contains nuts or was processed at a facility that also processes nuts" is a mandated warning.

    Indeed, and many countries have labeling requirements that require GMO to be disclosed as well. Oddly enough, GMO sells poorly in those countries. No wonder they're fighting it here(where something like 70% of packaged food products have GMO ingredients)

    Well, as factual as a paper valuation can be. If you want to dig in to it, Exxon's real assets are far more valuable than Apple's, it's just that the value doesn't necessarily translate in to dollars, and rather translate in to utility and necessity.

    And, if I recall, the bargain was we'll help you out(cash, logistics, smoothing out the lawsuits they were getting, etc) if you help us out(using their product). That is a fair and even trade, imho. Sure, it was for the reason you speculate, but that's what happens with you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours agreements.

    If AOL is still around and kicking today, it's pretty hard to believe that Yahoo will just up and die. It's important to note that Yahoo still has 10s of millions of active email users, the best fantasy sports platform on the internet, a pretty solid website in Flickr, and a bunch of other random shit. AOL has much less, yet somehow stays alive.

    The legal theory of contributory negligence applies here, at least to your own non-legally impacted culpability. Yes, it is completely 100% wrong to violate someone else without them actually accepting the specific sexual circumstances(cough Julian Assange cough), but you violate your own responsibility to your safety when you do something stupid that puts you in harms way, like what happens to John McClane at the start of Die Hard with a Vengeance(well, if he did it of his own volition). To say this doesn't lessen the fact that the person is a victim and that their assaulter shouldn't be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, just that the person is a stupid victim that had a greater chance of being a victim by their actions. Don't taunt the dynamite monkey.

    I would say that sexual harassment is a side effect of really awful social skills that most "hackers" have. That is to say they don't really understand what they're doing is sexual harassment, since they're pretty much social retards.
