The heavy hand of government strikes down a teenager for downloading information that was previously released to someone requesting it. Remember the word Nazi stands for National Socialist. Canada is more socialist than the US, but we are headed in that same direction by attacking speech that is not politically correct, which means it does not agree with the views of liberals. There is always some statute that can be interpreted to charge somebody out of favor. In the old days, in some parts of the country an issue was "driving while black" or something similar which could lead to arrests. These days, it's just about any conservative speech. Frankly, this kid did everyone a service by exposing a data breach. It's certainly not his fault the information was readily available.
So easy to criticize. If this is such a big problem, even though apparently no one has exploited it yet, please tell us all how to fix it. Or is the answer switching over to your Linux system, which may be better theoretically, but most people don't want to spend months figuring out how to use it?
What a salesman Musk is. And how stupid is our government for giving him money to develop projects that won't pay for themselves? I can't blame him for conning the government, but who authorized these payments? Those people should be prosecuted.
Corporate welfare makes a mockery of free enterprise and the last company that needs corporate welfare is Amazon. Who did they pay off to get a deal like this?
The problem is that universities no longer seek to educate students as much as indoctrinate them to think like they do. Years ago, universities were places to share ideas and discuss differing points of view, even ones that differed from those of the various professors. Sadly, that is no longer the case. Either you regurgitate the university's political doctrine or you get punished with bad grades.
The Romans knew how to deal with lawmakers like this. No term limits. Just send in the troops and they will ensure a new election is just around the corner.
Now, do people with bad genes need a lobby group? Discrimination is alive and well in order for employers and insurance companies to fatten their bottom lines and some in our congress think it's OK.
Don't these government employees have their government cars to ride around in? And they're sure not to leave a tip, So Uber is obviously trying to steer a better class of customer into their drivers' vehicles.
We're all gonna die soon and its your fault. Give us more money for studies to prove how wretched you are and so we can afford Teslas for all our families to drive. If you don't we will label you as deniers and subject you to public ridicule.

Aren't there parts of the world which were already supposed to be abandoned according to climate change expert opinions from 10 years ago? This article sounds like a political statement from a liberal government to me.
If Trump would have won the popular vote with illegal votes and Crooked Hillary would have won the electoral vote, as all the liberal press was predicting, you can bet they would have said what a wonderful idea the electoral college is. The electoral college is part of our heritage and was devised to prevent a few large population centers from deciding the election. The whining is reaching a fever pitch and most people are tired of it. Maybe many of these media outlets will go broke when they lose their audience. The news media is putting itself out of business by offering their opinions on issues instead of facts that the public can decide the merits of. True fact finding is hard work and the media is either too lazy or too cheap to bother with it.
She gave them uranium and proposed the "Russian reset", so why would they do this to our empress in waiting? This sounds like the sort of fake news the mainstream media is whining about, yet approves of when it supports their view of the world.
Since the government is not supposed to sponsor any religion, it is appropriate to defund government support of the climate change religion. All religions have heretics, so the climate change religion can denounce Trump as a heretic as they have done with all those who do not believe in and support climate change.
These are states run by Democrats. If any cheating was to have been done, it would have benefited Clinton, not Trump. Although with their decided lack of computer skills, maybe they tilted the votes to the wrong person.
The only people who should be allowed to create fake news are those in.......government. The government has been doing this routinely since the mid-'60s.
This may mean that funding for climate research may dry up. Such a tragedy for the wonderful people who have foisted this religious belief on a gullible society.
If this dire prediction comes true, I predict houseboat sales will rise dramatically. Maybe this is a new investment opportunity for the gloom-and-doomers.

No wonder the big tech company CEOs preferred Hillary to Trump. She is a known quantity who can be persuaded to do just about anything with the right amount of a cash "donation."
If anybody has connections to Russia, it is Hillary. She arranged to have the US sell them a bunch of uranium in exchange for a donation to the Clinton Foundation slush fund.
No one follows the money in this religion. Of course coming up with a dire problem that isn't too imminent to destroy us, and not too far away so we can fix it is the key to getting research dollars.
