You must be from "No Mutants Allowed" or "Duck and Cover." I've heard the "Oblivion with guns" quote way too much from those sites. Granted I don't frequent them as much to keep abreast of the news.
Sadly that quote may be true...WTF is up with the "Teddy Bear" gun they've shown in the previews? That's got to be the dumbest idea. Loading up with spikes I can see, but "Teddy Bears"...why don't they add in rainbows and ponies.
I don't know if you can find them now, but Asrock put out some true AGP & PCI-E slotted motherboards. When I say "true", it's not like it was running over the PCI bus like ECS's AGP/PCI-E boards. I picked up the 939-DualSata2 back when I picked up an Opteron a few years ago. Still have a 6800 AGP in it and the option to make it AM2 socketed if I want. Might want to look at what else Asrock offers if you want to squeeze a little more life out of old hardware, but want an upgrade path.
For those that already have a Geforce 8 or 9 card and don't want to wait for Nvidia's demo.
Head on over to http://www.warmongergame.com/ and grab the game. I'd also recommend heading over to Guru3d and finding some BETA drivers that enable PhysX support for the 8 series cards and newer PhysX drivers.
I think there's something called WiiCR that's supposed to be a Media Center Server for the Wii. Can't say I've used it, but was planning on looking into it and setting it up. Or perhaps you might find your anime fix on crunchyroll, as those videos will play on the Wii Opera browser like youtube.
Take a look at Asrock's 939Dual Sata motherboard. I decided to take this route with my new computer. It's got both AGP and PCI-Express, plus an expansion slot for AMD's AM2 chip. Its implemenation of AGP is true AGP, unlike ECS's AGP that is running off the PCI bus.
I didn't want to buy a new video card to replace my Nvidia 6800, plus I wanted room to grow. I've been happy with it, plus it overclocks nicely provided you use some beta bios to bypass the 274 HTT limit.
You forgot about the grue that randomly appears and consumes you. Game Over, man, game over!
Nom nom nom nom nom nom ...
I also vote we wrap everyone in the "millennial" range in bubble wrap or incase them in giant hamster balls.
ORLY? I had issues with Outlook 2003, but Outlook 2007 runs nice under Crossover.
Shen jing bing!
The Bub's Brothers
I'll second that. Thank you Codeweavers.
Now I'll get to ditch the Windows VM I've got for Outlook 2003.
Next thing you know they'll make a kid's BB gun the most powerful weapon in the game.
Ah yes, the Red Ryder LE BB Gun. http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Red_Ryder_LE_BB_Gun
I'd hope they've got a dog gun that shoots bees when it barks.

Does that mean you installed Ubuntu via Wubi?
No ya idiot...FFXI was native for the PS2. Granted it required the harddrive it was sold on and the network adapter.
Ah yes, I was just thinking that and all the other fan-made Star Wars films.
Perhaps if they did something akin to Troops ala Rouge Squadron or the 181st Imperial Fighter Group, they could do some nice CG battles.
I could be wrong but didn't they also take out the cut scenes in those two particular versions of TIE Fighter and X-Wing?
I know they made two CD versions, one Collector's CD and a Collector Series. http://www.totallygames.com/games/xwing.htm/
