yeah I guess if I was MS I would've said exactly the same thing.

Sorry but compared to the huge marketing campaign that MS launched for Windows XP, Apple's promotion of OS X has been almost non-existant.

Either Apple likes having a pathetic 5% share or maybe its just that their marketing department sucks.

Looks like OS X, the much taunted *nix killer has been killed by *nix without even fighting back.

Well even in Operation Flashpoint you have team members who assist you and you can drive a few vehicules. Still that game wasn't great.

My favorite XBox games are Hunter: The Reckoning and Outlaw Golf.

What I'm saying, is that you have to shoot the guy plenty of times and even reload and shoot again before he dies.

I'm sorry but Halo doesn't impress me and it even gives me headaches. Maybe it's because I've never played an FPS game on a console before, maybe because it sucked or maybe because FPS games aren't made for consoles.

  7. What's the big deal? on Halo for the PC and Mac · · Score: 1, Troll

I have Halo and an XBox. Halo is probably one of the worst XBox games I've played. It's just an FPS in the long tradition of Doom, Quake, Unreal, etc. Nothing special at all, you aim, you shoot, you keep shooting and reload a few times (so much for realism) until you or he dies.

For me, nothing beats Medal Of Honor: Allied Assault.

mod him up. This is so true, I usually prefer KDE better but when new versions of KDE and GNOME come out, I always manage to easily and successfull upgrade GNOME but KDE on the other hand, I don't think I've ever managed to upgrade it. But sure enough their's usually a new version of Mandrake that comes out a little while later bundled with the newest KDE version. So I download it and voilà everything is installed and ready to go.

Yeah you can call me dumb if you want, but if I can't upgrade KDE properly I'm sure that many others can't either. Do I really have to install a new Linux distribution every time a new version of KDE comes out? That's kinda ridiculous.

I'm talking about the guy who wants people to believe that Apple users are a superior bunch. Sure he's not gonna commit a mass genocide, but his idea about superiority is similar to that of Hitler.

Me myself I've downloaded a few movies to see if they're actually worth buying and to be honest I wanted to see how look it goods after all the compression :)

That didn't stop me from buying DVD's; I have over 25 movies. Its not like I was gonna watch movies on my computer screen while I can watch them on my 48" HDTV instead.

This stuff sure reminded me of Hitler speeches when he said how the Germans were a superior race and all the others needed to be exterminated.

Since when more education = smarter? I don't think that Einstein had much of an education. Actually most people who changed the world never even went to college.
