hardly, remember how facebook suddenly "realized" that all of the top apps were selling user data that they shouldnt have even access to
they didnt get banned like there TOS says quite clearly, no they got a slap on the wrist

their actions are very childish, and their reasons are very transparent

it wouldn't surprise me, i know where the students user/passwords sheets are for my school but thats because multipliable teachers(usually tech classes taught by gym teachers) have it to hand out whenever, without sending u to the office or tech guy or something, but just sitting unguarded most of the time.

im guessing it isn't much better for teachers, they may even have it in a back room and in a locked drawer

actually no; a better example would be zombies that can open doors but cant break windows or locks or even go on rocky terrain,
anyone can walk pass them with ease, they have to bite u for like 30 seconds and u cant get it cleaned for the infection to spread

and it still spreads by people not locking their doors at night, and in that case i would blame them

while on the other hand a hacker(not someone spreading malware to get as many computers in a bot net as possible, but some targeting you) would someone who can pick locks and has a gun and in that case most people cant defend themselves (including myself)

simple the child gets it though the apple password, which they will probably get because apple requires u to enter it to install free apps, and updates etc.
or if the kid doesn't; these apps w/ mirco transactions are most likely free, and apple has a grace period when u dont need to enter a password to get more stuff(i think its 30 minutes but not to sure,)

and i think the ftc is trying to prevent the 2nd example not the first so much

and btw does apple bill to credit cards instantly? daily?(which still can get to 3 digits, as ive seen with a high schooler that im related to *facepalm*)monthly?
