If you think about it, this is one of the best technologies to come along in years. This will now entice the mpaa to start investing heavily in time machines to go back and capture these people. With all the money they will invest time machines should be popping up any year now! (stay away from the dynex brand timemachine its known to have a few bugs)

I think social engineering is key in many situations, and "script kiddies" usually dont have it. It gets you from place to place on the net and in the real world. So i would be concerned if i was at&t, but now.. they are a laughing stock and are going to be hit good. =p
Netflix worked well for me, i used it for a few months and will continuing doing so. Works even better if you have a mailbox at work, you dont even have to stop at one to drop it off =p
I'm sure with the amount of money microsoft has they could either pay off someone or put a hit on someone in charge of this mess and get it over with for good.
A strat game has to have replay value if it doesnt it just chokes along with all the other games. Multiplayer is a must =\ and a way to get the users for the multiplayer games i.e. the zone or gamespy or something.
