I highly doubt that any judge would convict a person for forging e-mail! There are NO safety precautions anywhere that prevents forging e-mails!!,

in a class action suit, lawyers representing the fugu are set to argue that since they contain human genes, fugu are entitled to basic human rights. It is expected that the fugu will sue the Japanese government for 76 gigayen ($59 USD) claiming over 1000 years of abuse.

Be careful to take anything from the DoD at face value. It is certainly in their interests to have a communications system like Iridium at their disposal. My guess is that this has nothing to do with their stated purpose.
