If you're so fucking pathetic that you let something as simple as highschool change you, then you need a good beating. Highschool is nowhere near what real life will be.. when I graduate, I'm taking everything I learned during my years of school and throwing it out the window; it's not useful.. Well most of it.

We really could prevent all this highschool BS... The geeks who think they have something to protest, the freaks that insist on being flaming ovbiants (not a word, but what ever. :) of what ever the fuck they worship... Or the assholes that bring guns to school.. People are so fucking stupid.. If they would have received the end of a belt every once in a while, they would be normal; but noo, it's abuse.. Let's plot junior infront of the TV for a while.. ooh look, he has ADD because he's breaking things.. let's give him medicine.. All he needs is a good spanking to get his ass in gear...

    Fucking wussy parents..
Geez, are we that policitally correct? That's sad.....

I admit, I make fun of people in my school, but they are total morons.. There's one guy that's into dating grade 8's (He's in grade 12).. And there's another guy that acts like a total poindexter, and he follows people around and agrees with everything they say. (Funny ex.. Me and a friend were talking about something we saw on TV, and my friend tends to make strange stuff up a lot.. I knew he was joking, but this sheep boy seemed to think it happened and started saying he has that episode on tape. I think we were talking about Third Watch or something and my friend said that aliens ate the donuts or something. :)

Point is, dicipline your kids, so they aren't fucking rejects. :D

People are going on about how mp3's aren't illegal.. I mis worded.. Mp3's are legal if you own the albums and blah blah blah you know all that stuff.. but What he was doing with the mp3s was illegal. Therefore, he should be punished.. Maybe not having his computer taken away, but going to find, *.mp3 and deleting them all. :)

  19. Hmm.. on Student Gets PC Confiscated For Distributing MP3s · · Score: 2

Well I suppose that the university has reasons.. Good reasons as well. For one, Mp3's are still "illegal".. So someone having illegal stuff on university grounds Im sure is not a good thing. He is also taking their bandwidth correct? There's another strike against him. :) I don't think the university cares if you have some Mp3's.. BUT if you are running an FTP and openly distributing them.. I don't think they shine on that. So they were pretty justified.. Hell, it's their T3. ;-)

It is simply absurd. So in one corner, we have a sleazy whore, in the other, a sleazy company. :) Have one give the other money, and what do you get?

Now, perhaps if Courtney Love was actually making an active stance in the whole Mp3 thing (ie. Actually making/releasing new material on the web, releasing albums, ect) she could be entitled to some money somewhere. But, she looks to me like she is leeching onto something to get her self more drug money. (Flamebait :) )

What about the hardworking groups that distribute all of their music via Mp3's? What are they getting? I've seen some indie talent that should be getting a lot more than they are.. Why don't some of them stand up? It seems to me, that they are still in for the MUSIC not the money. Bleh on her.

More Microsoft bashing.. It's pretty stupid. I thought people were supposed to be open minded here.. Sigh, but they insist on finding every little detail they can use to exploit MS. I agree Windows isn't superb or anything, especially for a fairly evolved browser. But I don't think Win2K is all that bad, and you guys should admit it. I sure hope I don't see "Gates sweats on treadmill" one day on /. :P

I'm not saying Linux is bad and I'm not taking sides, BUT these get your back-against-the-wall flames (I'm not directing to /. now) have got to stop. Anywhere you raise the issue of say 3DFx and nvidia, or Linux vs MS, people get really angry and become illogical. :) Calm down people, and look at facts, not your opinion. ;-)
