and they could make 5 or 6 movies about them called free willy(i can see it before my eyes, about a dolphin that's captured by an evil man, and rescued by a kid and the dolphin could do al kinds of tricks, but then again , this sound so familiar)
pfff, actually, besides the ugly homepage ( a wrongfull combination of MSN and their previous page) I haven't found any problems when MSN affilated with my provider (now cable and wireless, used to be online internet)... and I only use linux... they still have no support for linux, and they still think i'm booting my pc when it's in textmode
I still wonder if msSQL would keep on working at such a rate... if the database can't handle such a speed, or has trouble with a bottlneck it will not go faster. The results show thet linux and DB is a combination that can handle such big input
You really have to change just to get a girl??, i don't think so... I,as a geek, don't feel the urge to really really need a girl, in contrast to some of my none geekisch friends who also don't have a girl... It would be a surpluss, but if it would mean i would have to leave my pc yust to spend time with her, then rather not...
Why do so many people think that geeks don't have a girlfriend just because they don't know how to get one, i don't have one, just because i'd rather spend my time (and money) in my pc than in someone i know for certain wcould never be the right one... i just don't need one that only consumes my time thats all.
if only my friends would undertand this in place of trying to push me to get a girl

it seems like linux is no more linux but merly a sum of linux and Gnome OR linux and kde. Some people forget that it having the power to choose is one of the many powers linux has(sometimes confuses new LU). It's still about the same motivation. we want someting that is good, free an for everyone Mpost of the replys that follow are nothing but why the other should use their Desktop, maybe Thinkgeek can star making TShirts with "the cops are following us because we use kde son, the use gnome"...
so, you are interrested in such a project. well, i have to devellope a "on board" system for a robotic serial controlled wheelset. this means I have to design, install, create a single board/card linux system with wavelan(should get connected to the internet), rs323 port(to control the set of wheels), and camera... not that big, but any direction, help, etc would be extremelly welcome... so please, mail your idea's or whatever to me [ fenux@oxygenetic.com ] (or mail them steven v. -roeselaarsestraat 186c - 8890 moorslede - belgium) ow a little detail, i will probably need to be able to run java, because (i like java and because) i want to be able to use the networking power of it, prove it is actually able to run java on linux( to convince some teachrer, not only to move to linux for c, but also for java etc)

no I meant MS-SQL (notice that there isn't a linux benchmark jet on TPC-C, so give them some more time)
