Nice attempt at a joke...but at least read the actual post at least..most don't read the article but still. It's for home use, go look at it, it's a beast...and it would probably get killed by the CD...as it looks like it's a normal tray load cd-rom drive...who knows that they are using however...
Please be aware that Verisign, Inc. (formerly Network Solutions) is sending via the US Mail, what we believe to be deceptive and predatory domain expiration notices.
The purpose behind these notices is to get the unsuspecting customer to transfer to and renew their domain name(s) with Verisign Inc. at significantly higher prices.
The domain expiration notices are designed so that it is not obvious that the notices are from Verisign, Inc. as opposed to Go Daddy Software. To see a copy of one of these deceptive expiration notices, please go to the following URL: http://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/private_vsrn.asp?dis play=letter.
Those customers who fall prey to the Verisign, Inc. scheme will have their domain name(s) renewed at a price more than 3 times higher than would be the case if they renewed with Go Daddy Software.
For a.com,.net or.org domain name renewal, the victimized customer would pay $29.00 to Verisign, Inc. instead of the $8.95 charged by Go Daddy Software.
Those customers who fall prey to this scheme, will not receive any better service or value. They will however be tricked out of $20.05 per domain name.
Renewal notices from Go Daddy Software are sent via email, and always mention the Go Daddy name. You can be sure that any communications you receive concerning your domain name that do not explicitly and obviously display the Go Daddy name are not from Go Daddy Software.
If you believe, as we do, that this practice of Verisign Inc. is misleading, predatory and improper, we invite you to make your feelings known by writing to ICANN (who is the governing body for all Registrar's and Registries) and to Verisign Registry. Email links for both are provided below.
Sincerely,
Bob Parsons, President Go Daddy Software, Inc.

Hopefully they are, else the company I work for is kind of screwed. Right now we process all our "legal" refund forms certifying that the person has removed and/or destroyed the product by that form...without it...and if it wasn't a legal document...well....a lot of people would have free software now...
Unfortunately it's just for a headset that attaches to your computer, or a card for your laptop. Which both are good, but for an extra 30 bucks, too bad you can't get a phone that you can use and a link to whatever. Now if you could use both devices at one time, that would rock, and be a cheap wireless internet provider.
Ginger I assume you mean IT. Or whatever, I actually just read an article about it. It's not due to come out till later. People are assuming it's a hydrogen powered scooter of some sort. Who knows what it actually is, there was just an article in sept's Men's Journal, if you wanted to look it up (I'm too lazy to go see if I can find it online).
Cable isn't even offered here, but DSL is. The cheapest package at 30 USD is 768k/128k which isn't horribly bad. They have just recently got to this area. They say the average will be 300-500k/s, but I highly doubt that. Anyhow, it will be better than dialup. Also, if you're on a 10baseT network, the fastest you can do is ~1.2mbs or something like that. That's what I am on at school, and I can max it out, too bad it's not full duplex. -----
In our town they already dug fibre in around the town. Now over the next year they will be bringing it up to the house. We have a tube with a rope in it, that you hook the fiber unto, and then just pull it up, and we have it in our basement. In fact they are hooking cable and internet to the houses through it. I really am not an Anonymous Coward, it's just, I wasn't logged in. -----
This would be awesome, overclockers would have to be worried about freezing their chips though, hopefully it never gets that bad...I wonder if these could be inserted in other objects? I think they could make good uses in a lot of things, a battery operated "cool" towel. Just things like that... -----
He made it for the steering wheel was the controls, had a little switch to change it back into driving the car. Well, it'd be funny to watch him try to drive anyhow... -----
Bragging rights pretty soon won't be how many fps you can get in Quake III, but how many circuits you can print out per square inch. Which I suppose would lead to fps anyhow..shoot. Like fat bastard says, "It's a vicious cycle". -----
I think I'm going to patent something obvious like a method of generating revenue per sight. Like banner ads or something...then charge people for using them..that'll be fun -----
I pretty much agree with most of what's been said. It would be very hard to start over, we'd have to rebuilt all the factories that use electronics to make our electronics (ie. chip fabbing plants). I think it would take us more than a few years to spring back from that. As it takes Intel and AMD a few months to get ready to produce a new chip, and that's with the current technology that we have. Anyhow, just my $.02 -----
Then go buy the sheetmetal and make one...
We need a Java one :). I suppose this means you need to have a decent microphone, and have to setup all that also...oh well.

ifilm.com also carries the superbowl ads, albeit not as nice as adcritic, they actually would stream.
