I don't know if they make mathematical sense but music theory has standards for composition that are and have been used for generations and are present in everything from classical music to blues to hardcore death metal whether the artist realizes that's why it sounds good or not is another question.

My younger brother plays in a melodic metal band, they once called me to analyze a piece of music because the two guitarist were fighting over what key it is in.

I think he is correct film would be a good option along with a playback device it would be far more simple to fix if anything should go wrong. Although if you must do digital I would recommend that you get a portable dvd player with screen like you might get for use in a car make sure it has instruction on how to power it. AA batteries have been around since the 1940s and are still very common.

I'm going to say you could probably use a sample cup instead of taking the dog into bathroom with you, that way there are no allergy problems.

  9. Re:What would the combined accuracy be? on Dog Sniffs Out Cancer In Human Urine · · Score: 2

When I was in highs school I had a friend who is allergic to dogs that was stopped by an officer. They searched him and his car and called in a dog. He protested because of allergies so they were all the more determined to search him and the car with dog because they thought he was trying to hide something. Nope they ended up taking him to the hospital and since he was a minor his parents filed a complaint that resulted in the officers' terminations. Afterward they worked as security guards they would scowl and follow us around the mall.

I really don't go on facebook very much it's all silly games people invite me to play with very little socializing but I have a couple of friend's wives that post 20-30 selfies a day. They post the outfit they are wearing every morning short video selfies to inform everyone they are driving to the mall to buy something followed by short clips of them looking at this item or that and finally leaving with what they bought. One of the friends said to me at least I know she's not cheating on me I can account for every minute of her day with her facebook timeline.

  12. Re:how much it took on Laser Takes Out Truck Engine From a Mile Away · · Score: 1

They are talking about putting these on trucks and air craft. The real world is full of hills, valleys, trees, buildings, vehicles, road signs, and any number of other obstructions that can come between you and a moving vehicle. Even if you can't see the weapon's laser the possible obstructions would still make the operation impractical in some situations if it doesn't do it's damage fast enough and you just end up leaving scorch marks and catching stuff on fire.

  13. Re:how much it took on Laser Takes Out Truck Engine From a Mile Away · · Score: 3, Informative

The article said "The ground-based laser prototype burned through the engine manifold of a mounted truck in mere seconds." so at least two seconds and less than a minute, but you are correct the longer it takes the less practical it would be to use it against a moving target.

My brother is in a band {indie type label} sometimes they will play with a big name band or just popular indie and I get to meet them this makes concerts much more fun.

That's what I saw when I opened it in gimp but imagine it is still white and gold and that the photo appears blue because of reflected light. Which is one of those things that happen with some materials used in womens clothing. It is often an intentional effect like a white cami with a little sheen that will reflect the colors of the other garments they are wearing. My wife has a few of those A.K.A goes with just about anything.

I was worried his wife would be mad at me because we didn't install windows {he said he would buy windows if she threw a fit}. I found out all the things she did on it which amounts to checking email, paying bills, youtube, facebook, and a few java game sites. I installed KDE not windows themed but layed out similar and made sure it wasn't missing anything and that she would be able to access everything she listed. She is really happy with it, I guess having an android tablet and cell phone had already shown her that windows isn't required.
