    I'm sad because when I look at the state of gaming media today, XPlay's the only thing I can actually sit and consume with out wanting to vomit.

    no, the problem is that the "industry" doesn't want to throw money at things that might fail.

    Look at Katamari Damashii. It was bound to ATLEAST make it's money back in Japan. No one expected it to be a huge smash here in the states.

    The problem with citing Mario, is that mario's actually matured over the years in terms of gameplay. So has Sonic. Sonic 1 is not nearly the same game as Sonic Adventure or even Sonic Heroes.

    I was careful with my PC when I browsed using IE. Although every week, it seemed that I had to remove that xupiter redirect shit. My main problem with IE was that I *had* to run antispyware software all the damn time.

    What I want to know is, if MS put the time and effort to develop antispyware tools, why didn't they just put those resources into fixing IE and save the really cool features for IE7?

    Troll but, i'll bite.

    I said, TCP/IP data. Typically, the ethernet controller, mobo chipset, and cpu don't care what kind of data it's processing, just that it's processing data. Now it'll be sensitive to TCP/IP overhead and have special ways to process it.

    My phone already is excellent for making calls.

    If I can get a phone that has a good 2+ megapixel camera, an mp3 player, an NES emulator and a blender, and priced decently, I'll buy it.

    Not all products are about solutions to problems. Integration isn't a problem, just a convienence. A Camera-phone isn't solving anything, but it sure is making the act of carrying not only a camera, but also a way to transmit said images, easier. A camera-music player-phone probably isn't going to revolutionize things, but it's a convience I wouldn't mind having.

    Actually, MS has state publiclally that they'll only count physical CPUs, not cores when dealing with multi-cpu licenses.
