Only the very earliest DVDs were made in this way. They quickly figured out how to make a dual-layered DVD on which both layers could be read without flipping the disc over. I have seen a few double-sided DVDs, but not in a while.
I would entirely agree with you that McD/BK are to be considered a food of last resort. In the last ten years I myself have only eaten a single item (which was awful, did not finish) from a Burger King restaurant, and nothing else from any similar chain fast food restaurant.
I do however believe that a better burger than you can get there exists, since I have eaten them on several occasions. Said burgers were not always beef, though they were red meat.
The only metric that counts is that it's the USA. The term "first world" was originally defined as being the USA and her allies, as opposed to the "second world" which was comprised of the USSR and other socialist countries. The "third world" was everyone else.
The term "first world" was historically defined by relationship to the USA, so to say they don't count as part of it any more is... kind of a hard sell.
He presumably had an influence on all the authors who re-used his character, Mara Jade. If you were to visit Wookieepedia, you'd see her list of appearances is not short.
It would make for an interesting outcome if you assume that people who are revived in the future would be vastly different than they were before their cryopreservation.
Maybe they retain a tiny fragment of their life memories, but for the most part it's like another person... a healthy person, but not the person who was preserved.
It's a fair point, and one which I admit to having thought of when composing my original snappy reply. There is an issue there. I can't yet say if it's a serious one or if people will adjust easily.
Nintendo are obsessed with dual screens though. They were doing this as far back as the GameCube. Remember you could like up a GBA which would serve as a secondary screen.
If that's the only source, can you treat it as reliable? Isn't it at all possible that a person on trial would construct a false narrative that casts him in a more positive light than the actual facts?
Do we even have any word other than Zimmerman's to say that Martin attacked him, rather than the other way around?
The police exist to handle such situations. I do not. There is probably nothing I can do to help, and certainly not while I'm trying to sleep.
If this happened to me, I'd have to start turning off my phone at nights.
No HDMI. You can get component (YPbPr) out of it, at best. The resolution is typically 480p as you state. There's a good chance that the target audience don't care at all though.
The organization known as the Church of Scientology are sham artists, confidence tricksters and shysters whose actions may border on the criminal.
I have no reason to be afraid of a group of lunatic confidence tricksters, because I'm too smart to fall for the bullshit they are peddling. This is the same username I use everywhere on the internet.
If they want to find me, they are quite welcome to do so. Nothing they can do (including legal action) represents a credible threat. They are laughable.
Tek was kind of BS though. I read a few of the novels, and somewhat enjoyed them, but at the same time I couldn't help but see the flaws in it. What is it about Tek chips that makes you need more of them?
In the novels a you needed a device I believe was called a brainbox. This was re-usable, but required a Tek chip to work. A single chip would give you an experience for a while, but then it would stop working. Why?
If it is a power source for the box in question, someone would certainly come up with an alternate way to power it. There was no suggestion of this in the novels. The chip was portrayed as being more important than the box.
I'm only scratching the surface of what doesn't make sense about Tek, honestly. I understand that the need for an ongoing supply is what makes it fill the role of a drug in that series though. Oddly enough, as I recall, cocaine and marijuana were commonplace and legal in that world.
He doesn't need to know it by name, or anything about the incident that gave it that name. It might be enlightening for him if he understood the underlying principle, though.
I've never seen a car with built-in data storage for music. Are you absolutely sure they exist? I've seen cars with SD card slots which the user can fill with media of their choice. I've seen cars with USB ports that the user can connect to storage devices of their choice. That's all I've seen though.
I have seen a car with an SD card slot that came pre-filled with map data. That was all you could ever use that slot for though.
I'm genuinely curious. I don't own a car, but the ones I know don't have anything that would use much data storage. It seems they store fuel economy data, but that's about it. The entertainment systems don't have any data storage, but it can connect to your phone, MP3 player or whatever via USB.
Launching a phone OS, or tablet OS? MS are trying to diversify out of their tradtional core business, they just aren't any good at it. I can't say they aren't trying though.
You know, I could. I really got over the idea of wanting to a long time ago, though. I'd rather buy something that was made for the purpose by someone with better skills than mine.
I'm advocating for what I want. Apparently it's not what you want. You appear to want games to use a control scheme which is based on the keyboard and mouse. I've never found mouse control to be adequate for any gaming use, personally.
Nah. I'm saying that I don't buy products that don't do what I want them to do. I choose not to buy them without any bitterness or anger. I simply look at a different product instead.
I have used Big Picture mode actually. It's OK, and I don't mind if that's the default UI for the Steam Box. It doesn't do anything to ensure the games are controller compatible though. Big Picture will happily show you those ones which are not.
Aside from my preference for a controller, where exactly does one place the mouse when sitting in a comfy armchair?

I find it hard to believe they'd kick you out for feeding a machine quarters, even if you played in a non-standard way. Did they say a reason?
He presumably had an influence on all the authors who re-used his character, Mara Jade. If you were to visit Wookieepedia, you'd see her list of appearances is not short.
With the trademark holder's permission, involvement and enthusiastic cross-marketing? I imagine terrible problems will result. What have they done?!

Nothing if not consistent, Nintendo.
Not like DS owners have been doing that for years...
Seen by whom? By Zimmerman?

I see what you did there. :)
If it were indisputable, this very topic would not exist...

Then again, I don't play competitive online FPS.

Thank you. They may even get me as a customer regardless of this wishlist, if they come up with something I still consider attractive.
If they don't, well... I doubt Gabe Newell will lose sleep over it.
