VMWare offers two different solutions for this type of problem; VMWware ACE and VMWare Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.

    VMWare ACE http://www.vmware.com/products/ace/
VMWare ACE provides a managed architecture for deploying virtual machines to individual computers. In your scenario it would still be necessary to use roaming profiles or some other technique to allow a user to log on to different machines and have the same user experience. Data files (My Documents, etc.) could be stored on network shares. ACE is most likely not an appropriate solution for you.

    VMWare VDI http://www.vmware.com/solutions/desktop/vdi.html
VMWare Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) provides an architecture where the user actually uses a virtual machine running on a server with only a thin client on the desktop. The virtual machine runs on ESXServer and can be secured in the data center. A user can access the same virtual machine from any desktop; local or remote. VDI is likely an appropriate solution for you.

I agree that rifles can have powerful effects, but I wouldn't classify the rifle as the part that does harm. For example:

Shooting a random person: It is the damage resulting from the impact of the bullet that injures a person who is shot.

Shooting a rapist: I do not believe that rapists should be allowed to live, so I do not feel that shooting them is doing harm so much as restoring the proper balance.

Shooting a racist: The emotional damage is done by the emotional view of the hater. Shooting them should be encouraged and rewarded.

I also believe there are several different documented accounts of Santa Claus (St. Nicholas, Father Christmas, Kris Kringle), going back well over a thousand years. These accounts of Santa Claus have included historicaly accurate information, such as the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and the Dutch control of New York. Santa's existence has been confirmed by the New York Sun on Sept. 21, 1897 and I believe I noticed a news report last Christmas Eve that NORAD was tracking his flight path. Canada has assigned a specific postal code for Santa Claus. I personnally saw Santa in a shopping mall last year, though admittedly my account is anecdotal.

I agree. I was speculating on the copyright aspect. The real violation is in trademark. The problem occurs because they have created another product, they are not just resellilng a product they had purchased. I can't cut the Gucci label off of a Gucci purse and sew it onto a homemade one and sell it. I can't cut the Rolex logo out of a piece of marketing material and glue it onto a watch face and sell it. Pabst already licenses and sells clothing and other items, I would think that the trademark infringement is pretty clear.
