And again, they forgot all those different languages... that's the only thing I really don't like about mozilla and it's web sites (and now also that browsehappy thing (which I otherwise like)).
Same in Switzerland. It's not allowed to publish names in conjunction with marks. Only roll numbers and marks are allowed (and there is no directory of names/numbers).
Did you recently try a RedHat (for example)? In my opinion, Linux' user friendlyness has made big steps the last 2 years. I think, it is able to compete on the Desktop market.
(I'm still waiting for a possibility to do the my-little-sister-installs-a-linux-test...that definitely would prove it;)

Ok, the diffs from -rc3 are minimal, most noticeably the (very _very_ hard to trigger, but nasty if you ever did) fork() race that Ingo found.
I'm going to be in Australia (and on airplanes) for the week, but we're all in the capable hands of Andrew, so why worry? The fact that I'm fleeing the country should in no way be construed as anything sinister at all, no siree. Nope. I'm innocent, and nobody saw me do it.
The full changelog is getting uploaded right now along with the release, and the BK trees have already been pushed.
What do you need 20 GB data for? OSS Pr0n?
(Where did you read that anyway?)

I would not consider a patchset which removes functionality a patchset that should go into a stable kernel...
Functionality remove (devfs) as proposed on lkml... that's definetly not stable behaviour!

So let's at least kill the web server then.
There's a video about it here: video/mov,4MB

The category I like most of the comparison:
