    I was taught DOS in the 70s. In houston I was told we were cutting edge as in the first skewl to do this. I recall the programming class grade 5. List the steps to make a PB&J. People forgot open the jar. Walk to the cabinet. Simple stuff. My dad had me read a book (without me, you are nothing) about computers the year prior so I was on it. I loved it. I was put in detention for making a backdoor to the grades program. the passsword was "hobart". FFWD to high school. I had moved from houston to Washington and the yearbook was laid out using ready set go on the Mac. I never looked back. Made my living making magazines for off road clubs until it collapsed and I restarted cannabis farming. The attention to detail level is the same. The rewards are way more fun on this line of work.

    That is what's happening. It's gonna be the new iPod. Aka the new iPod touch. There will be no mini iPad. The iPod needs a refresh. It's the only logical way to go imo

    Ugh. It's gonna be the new ipod touch. Aka the new iPod. It's not gonna be a mini iPad. I wish people would get it right. I mean I know it's just an iName thing but i firmly believe this is the correct iName not iPad mini or minipad blech

    30 minutes from a city of 225,000 inhabitants is nowhere? For comparison I get 30meg cable speeds in said nowhere town of Tacoma.

    iOS can multitask Outside of those examples. The simple fact is that it does not. Which is distinct from declaring it can not.

    So playing music in one app while racing cars or flinging birds in another is not multitasking? Using the phone app while surfing the web is not multitasking either? I guess you are correct, i thought those were multitasking examples and I guess therefore I don't know what multitasking is.

    It's barely 70F here in Washington state, downright chilly! I could use sone heat!! Brrrr. If it gets above 80 this year I plan to celebrate by taking off my flannel lined jeans and drinking a beer!

    All frisbees are flying disks but not all flying disks are frisbees. All jet skis are watercraft not not all watercraft are jet skis. Yup. Sometimes the band name is ubiquitous with the product. When I was growing up down south I distinctly remember asking for a coke. What kind my mom retorted. A dr pepper was the response. Coke had become a word for soda. iPad and tablet computer are doing much the same these days.

    i second this. i got married and honeymooned in belize, we went all over, had a blast, even had our fill at the local pharmacies, its very safe; they love tourism dollars.

    heat the ocean which creates clouds which are white and change the albedo to deflect more solar radiation maybe? a feedback loop, possibly? just like Lovelock ORIGINALLY proposed

    Easy b) we shouldn't worry because extremophilic bateria will eventually recolonize the planet after we rid the planet of the worst threat it has had ever: humans. Climate change will kill us maybe mammals ad birds. but since there is no god we dont matter and should just enjoy and use resources like all the rest of the flora and fauna until the planet shakes us.
