    Yes, I totally don't know what I"m talking about.

    The instant search on by default and having to turn it off every time I image a computer is awesome.
    The annoying as shit "+you" button and increased social media results are awesome.
    The increased ads on google itself are awesome.
    Google's intrusive changes to it's privacy policy are awesome (this is one I've only heard about, I don't care myself, but a lot of people seem to)
    The annoying as shit changes to iGoogle are awesome
    The loss of functionality on youtube is awesome.
    Dude, I could go on and fucking on, I think I do know why google's bugging the shit out of me.

    Several of the protesters stated that they fear for the the health of their families and that they refuse to live near wind turbines

    This is the most retarded thing I've heard in the past hour.
    (I've unfortunately heard a lot of stupid crap lately, so i can't claim all day or all week or whatever.)

    Others fear that the value of their property will be reduced significantly by the presence of turbines.

    This, however, is a legitimate concern for those who plan on selling their house.
    The loss of value on the house might be compensated enough by the energy provided by the wind turbines though, though I'm unsure.

    That, and with every form of DRM, someone, somewhere takes it as a challenge and takes it down.

    This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.

    Rumors are floating about of a required always-on internet connection and of locking out the used game market.

    I'm almost positive if these rumors prove to be true, the receptive companies will take a huge hit in sales.
    I'm not huge on the "I hate company X because of this, this, and this" mentality that most of slashdot has, but if I buy a game? I expect it to be mine.
    And in these difficult economic times? I expect a lot of people think similarly to this, being able to sell games you're not using for extra cash is great.
    The ONLY reason I'd go along with this was if game prices dropped. Dramatically.
    I'm talking maybe $20-$25 a game, at most.

    The app is creepy, I never said it wasn't. But I wouldn't need the app to find this data rather easily.
