You were obviously not terriorized in school. Emtional terror can be more over whelming than anything. I was terrified by your definiton of certain groups during Junior High. If you go strictly by what the law says, any bully is breaking several laws. Just let them beat you up, they you can file assualt charges on them. Yeah, I know it doesn't sound right for kids in playgrounds to file assault charges on bullies, but why not? Is there a difference?

I'd say there isn't. Of course by your definition of terriorize and my standards, door to door witnessing would be outlawed. I don't know about you, but death and afterlife greatly fill me with fear. I'd say some one going around and bringing these issues up unasked is terriorizing the public. I wonder if there are any books written from that angle.

I also would love not having a "main hero" that I can't remove from the party except under a few rare instances.

Could you imagine FF where you selected characters then the story just unfolds rather than that evil empire destorying the world by using up the life force/magic/mana. It would be nice to have a FF that followed Glen Cooks "Black Company". (No good guys mainly bad vs badder vs woreser vs pure evil vs hey there is a more evil...)

Should robots and AI's be considered free individuals or property?

If I own the hardware that an AI is running on should I be able to charge rent?
If I bought all the parts for a robot except for the brain, and then put in a "life like" brain that I had to buy, should I lose all rights to the property that I own because it is a free individual?

These "terrorists" will be "dispeared" seconds to minutes after their crime. Of course it would be "easier" to steal containers, but if each was required by law to have a min of 3 active RFID tags that would go off if distrubed. Well it would be easier changing the container. Well if they "opened" the container the local guards will be notified an all personal for oversight will know it. It can be taken care of very quickly.
