    No. It isn't even that bad on a non-touch screen device.

    I installed win8 pre-release on a cheap laptop. Is it annoying on a non-touch screen device? Yes. But, on the whole, I found it to be decent.

    As far as I can tell this is just some MS hate from someone who is upset Win8 tablets are exactly like Apple and Android tablets.

    The average CEO salary is over $165,000 per year. That doesn't include benefits, bonuses, and stock options. Adding those and total compensation can shoot to well over $1 million a year.

    Which is why the laws are about taking pictures or making copies of ballots and not about posting said images on-line. Taking the image is illegal. Posting the image online is just proof of illegal activity. Think of it like the kids that post video of themselves vandalizing property and then get arrest. They are not arrest for posting the video, but rather what the video shows them doing.

    Your right. The United Way begs for money from people and businesses year round to provide things to those who cannot afford to pay for it. Your options are "don't get paid" and "spend a lot of time and money begging for help". Also, the United Way is a non-profit charity, so one could think of it as them selling tax write-offs.
