Guns are fun to shoot and being able to handle them and use them is a skill everyone should have. You might live under a rock, but peoples homes do get invaded daily. Thiefs don't go to the ghettos to rob people they go to suburban neighborhoods.. Is it likely to happen to you?? Statistically no, but if it does and you have no skills or tools to protect yourself you become a victim. This "it can't happen to me" mentality is how highschool kids live their lives. Eventually you grow up and realize it CAN happen to you.
Wrong.. the liberator is 100% plastic.. That's why it's only good for 1 shot then it needs to cool. The ABS plastic can withstand like 200C before it starts to melt, but the barrel can get there pretty quick.. Also you only need to spend about 500$ for a 3d printer if you put it together. A plug and play you can get for 800 (solidoodle)... I would love it if robbers only used liberators.. Instead they will use easily obtainable 9mm,.40, or.45 cal taurus that they can get for 3-400 if that. With 10 round magazines.. Instead of the near useless.380 caliber 1 shot liberator lol
They should wish that the only gun people could have is the 3d printed gun known as the liberator. 1 shot.380.... I believe that is what the government is ultimatley trying to whittle our gun rights down to. 1 shot useless calibers

Get a lobbyist to get a congressman in his pocket to propose a law that would require technology that doesn't exist yet, but your company could make. Then at the same time while this slow process gets going ask for random strangers to fund your technology for free..... profit

great point. Adding any kind of circuitry to a weapon that is supposed to save your life in a moments notice could be disastrous. That awkward moment when you pull the trigger and hear nothing happens because your finger print is not recognized. Yikes.
I understand the issues and I also know my small town doesn't have very many drunk driving fatalities.. and when we do they are major news stories and it's because the guy was an alcoholic and he was plastered. My area doesn't contribute to new yorks drunk driving problem is my point. We on the other hand have no way to get from the bar to our house because this is not a high enough population area where Cabs can make a living. City bus is the only public transportation you get and it doesn't run at night and mostly just runs in the hood. I don't condone getting wasted and driving, but the current limit is a reasonable compromise. Lowering it just means bars go out of business or more everyone gets arrested.
Not every city is as great as New York or where the fuck ever these people making the rules are living. There is not always such a thing as public transportation that is worth a shit. Or taxi drivers that are few and far between if they exist at all. Just throw us all in jail right now and get it over with.
Except they blame devices instead of the schools for having to start classes at 8am on the dot. Why not start them later at like 930 or 10. I hated waking up for school so freakin early.
