    Bioware gets around this for NWN by stating in the games & toolset's ELUA by stating that they reserve the right to use whatever custom content they want for whatever use they want.

    I think Galactic Civilizations' AI is coded to take advantage of multiple processors.

    Think of them as the Boy Scouts. They can tell you if they want you there or not. They reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. Don't like it? Vote with your dollars, they could care less about your words.
