    Back in the 20's & 30's when pot was first made illegal, it was mostly smoked by Blacks & Mexicans. Very few Caucasians even new about it. Making it illegal was just another way to control those minority populations.

    "Consumer-Class" Dell cases are actually easy to take apart so tech support can walk people thru certain things over the phone. I.E. Reseating or replacing RAM, taking the CMOS battery out to reset the BIOS if the PC is jumperless, and so on.

    I'm not a Dell phone monkey but my sig. other is.

    I've watched a pretty hardcore (almost everyday for 5-6 years) cokehead basically get bored with powder after taking MDMA twice in a week, & no he didn't start taking X everyday or even every month, but it damn sure got him off of the coke.

    That particular McDonald's had been told repeatedly that the coffee was too hot. They kept it that hot because it somehow increased profits. That was why they lost the case.

    I guess Amendment IV only counts if the government is doing it ( The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches)
